not worth the time

This price is a steal

Sounds laughable, I know, but then I found this one. Quick searches of the processor and graphics card revealed this computer is actually more powerful than the price would indicate. Is it the most powerful computer on the market? No, but you're paying $550 for a computer that can run Skyrim and Warframe on the highest graphics settings with no hitches or frame drops. This is an amazing gaming computer for people who want to game at high graphics without saving up for years. Right out of the box there's room to install more memory cards, so if you're hung up on the 8gb ram, don't be. The rgb is smooth and amazing to look at, and I like the different settings available and the amount of customization. Overall I could not recommend this computer enough. Need I mention the price again? My personal experience with this setup could easily have me guessing a $700-$800 price point. Very impressed!!

AMD Audio Driver Issues

No no audio AMD Audio Driver disappeared.. now I got the audio working again through Digital Audio HDMI.. I'll call Tech Support in the morning seeing if they can get AMD Audio Driver back if not. I'll return it to best buy and try again with another one... if it happens again.. kind screwed with no pc then

Didn’t work out of the box

Finally we said ok on his 13 th birthday for becoming a responsible teenager. Had to order it came to the house the next day. Keyboard didn’t work. Called hotline they said try another keyboard..no joy...then Saenz is links for driver updates nothin tried reinstalling windiws(on day 3 after his birthday...bummed kid) still no joy. Turned out something was wrong with it but was fixed finally today 5 days after his birthday. Poor guy. Was advised upon purchase that nothing happens to these but I really feel like I should’ve got the extra warranty...I don’t think I’d recommend this product but if you do I’d definitely buy the warranty

Horrible Experience

The motherboard fried somehow and would freeze. I brought it to geek squad and was told they couldnt fix it cause it wasnt occuring at that time. After 2 rounds of this it finally died, I brought it in and they shipped it to the main wharehouse where i waited 2 weeks to just be told I was right and the PC was dead. Note to self just build one next time. Saves time and money.

Didnt even turn on when received it!!

Tried tech chat, disconnected numerous times, said would send me a new ram chip after I paid to send back the supposed faulty one I had. So nope, returned. Would not recommend at all.

Worked poorly for a short time

Less than a month later, and the computer crashes whenever I try to launch WoW. It lags in Hearthstone and crashed in Starcraft 2. It also crashes when j run benchmarking programs. For surfing the web, it works fine. But a purpose built gaming PC that doesn't work for gaming is pretty pointless

Not happy at all

Lucky I purchase the the warranty. After almost 6 months with a computer I get it home to find it has no wireless connection installed. Very unhappy with the product they recommended and the product they replaced it with. My daughter saved for a yr to buy it

Great Build, Especially For Entry Level!

It's a wonderful build for entry-level users like myself, and was overall easy to setup and get going. It's a very beautiful case, and isn't obnoxious with its lights. I've had wonderful performance with it so far, and no real issues. I use it for gaming as well as creating art and using the Adobe suite and other software pretty often, and it's held up very well.
