Cool looking and good for modern games

Some issues with memory

Was working fine until I started getting "Stop Code: Memory Management". I lose ALL Bluetooth connections including wireless mouse. Had to manually navigate through PC. Not good for a NEW PC. Just starting having issues a couple days ago and now it's more frequent. It is a great computer but I think the memory cards are malfunctioning. Need to have PC checked out. Disappointing since I need to be without a PC until it's fixed. Too bad for a brand new computer. Not happy since this is a nice computer.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of these components, sometimes, these things do happen. Memory management correlates to the RAM being bad. If you haven't already, please contact our tech support agents so they can assist you in getting the RAM replaced.
