Pretty good just bad experience

How to use mic

I'm also not sure how to connect a headset that only has one 3.5mm cable. Other than that it works really good.

Not Reliable

Anyways, it was great for a month and then it ran into so many problems with trouble shooting and such and now it just doesn't run at all. Ive tried to call and email the company but no answer back. The only thing i have downloaded is discord and valorant. I honestly just want a refund or exchange it or have it fixed in all honestly. I just want a working PC.

Worked for 2 days

After that, every time I would turn it on it would be very glitchy and laggy, and if I tried to restart it I would get the blue screen of death.

Terrible shipping

And the power supply has a weird hum to it. All customer service did at the Best Buy store was open up the computer, turn it on and give me a thumbs up. Was hoping to get up new unit for the price I paid

Geek squad says Best Buy’s inventory is junk.

I Paid $700, for this 1 1/2 years. We have barely ever used this computer. When we were able to use it, it seems to run great. Until it died. It’s been sitting on my desk for over 6 months now broken. I finally took it to geek squad last week and they told me It has a corrupt operating system with hard drive issues. They want me to pay over 300 to get it fixed. Are you kidding me ?! Why should I have to pay that amount of money for something to get fixed that I bought from them?! The person kindly told me at geek squad told me what I bought was a piece of junk. I don’t appreciate being told that what I bought from their employer is a piece of junk.. especially when it was 700 dollars. I’m on the phone with Best Buy to see what I can do right now because I did not want to cause a scene in the store but the person on the phone is basically telling me I have to go to the store and CAUSE A SCENE which I did NOT want to do (because that diminishes my character and my morality) to deal with this situation. I should not have to be told to go in the store and demand a refund or exchange and cause a scene and go ape just to get the right services…… anyone have any suggestions?

Died in a month and a half

Busted within 18 days and BestBuy doesn't care

They play games with their return policy ("rewarding" Elite members with longer "protection") whereas Amazon has a more fair, longer policy. Seriously, 18 days after picking it up and it's broken. Now I have to go through the hassle of battling XFS and my kid is bummed that he doesn't have his PC to game on.

Not too bad

There was something wrong with the motherboard so we exchanged it and got another one. So far it’s still running slow and a little glitchy but it’s working and don’t want to keep taking it in and waiting a week for the new one to arrive so i will just hold on to it!
