    I don't know if I got one that's a faulty tower, or if the wires aren't fully connected but it's trash. The specs of this PC show benchmarks for games like Warzone and fortnight running at 60+ frames with medium to high settings. In reality, this tower can barely run warzone at 30-50 fps on low settings before crashing out, and even fortnight on medium/low settings is dropping frames down to 10-20 FPS every 20 seconds. Buyer beware I guess, which sucks because my daughters were looking forward to playing games with their friends.

    Not worth your money at all

    The value offered in this prebuilt is very small in comparison to its price tag. For this price you can build a much better computer. This computer is not nearly as upgradeable as it looks. It deserves to be about 400$ if not 300$. Its weakest area is all of them. This isn't enough SSD to efficiently hold your games, the CPU isn't the worst ever but is still going to bottleneck any future GPU upgrade, the GPU (doable GPU) would need replaced in the next year or two anyways but can't really be because, the motherboard is the opposite of what you need in order to upgrade, and finally they don't even give you 16gb of ram. This is a decent computer to buy if you're looking to waste your money. Just build a computer with the parts they sell if you're bound to Best Buy specifically. Just watch some YouTube videos and you will be fine. Hope this helps.

    PC not working

    On January 6th 2021 I made an online order. I bought a CyberPower C Gamer Master Gaming Desktop. My son used it for the first 2 weeks without a problem and all of a sudden when he connects the hdmi cable from the monitor to the pc it won’t connect, a no signal message keeps popping up, but when he connects his monitor to his ps4 it works perfectly fine. When I come to check I’m not even able to return the pc because I was 2 days late and when I try to chat with an agent it leaves me waiting for minutes and then kicks out... Can someone contact me please???

    Purchased but had issues with graphics card

    I purchased the computer and picked it up from the store. Within a few days I was having issues with the graphics card and brought it in to be looked at. We decided to see if it continued the issue since I was still within the 14 day return policy. Unfortunately the computer continued to have the issue so I went in to hopefully get a replacement ordered. After searching it was determined that none were available in stock or would be available in the near future due to a silicone shortage. Simply I was just let down that I bought an item and in the end it didn’t work and also could not get a replacement.

    it's got me feeling blue (screened)

    so as the title says this thing bluescreens CONSTANTLY, i've had it for about half a year. i don't mind the fan getting noisy, i don't mind having to set some games to their lowest setting, that's just how it is sometimes but i swear the amount of blue screens i get on this PC would be amazing if it weren't so aggravating. constantly i get errors on the 'PFN_list' or a 'driver power state failure' or 'memory management failure'. i was a little dumb and at the first blue screen though it would go away as the system ran a little, like maybe it needed a bit for the drivers to get going properly. i don't know why i thought this. oh and the display port in the back has never worked, that was disappointing too.

    The antenna did not work and I had to take it back to the store me son was very disappointed. Best Buy did take it back and ordered me another one. The second one didn’t work either that computer wouldn’t turn on.

    Extreme chemical smell causing health problems

    I bought this PC two months ago and while it runs very well, I have several concerns and have tried to contact CyberPower numerous times to no avail. 1. As of this week, there is a TERRIBLE chemical smell coming from the PC that has caused migraines, nausea, and extreme dizziness. 2. 3 of the fans do not work at all, the one in the back of the case will not spin, even with software that is meant to force it to spin. I can make the two GPU fans spin with software. My roommate is a PC pro, and he cannot for the life of him figure out where the smell is coming from and why the back case fan will not spin. I am past the return period now, but this PC is quite literally causing health problems.

    Faulty PSU

    Pc worked great for a while but then it started to randomly shut off 3 months in, it's done it about 4 times now and it's probably due to a faulty PSU or somehow the mobo has fried. Would love if cyberpower could reach out to me thanks

    I had bought the AMD Ryzen 3 3100 with 8GB of memory so that I could not be lagging so much when playing games. Very good for the price that it's sold at and runs pretty smooth as long as you have good wifi connection. You can change the pattern as well as the color of the lighting which I thought was really cool. The fact that it comes with a keyboard AND a mouse that work super well and also light up is beyond awesome. I highly recommend to people who want to play games and are first time buyers. Easy to set up and even comes with super simple instructions to follow. I really do recommend this to anyone out there looking for a good, low price, gaming desktop.

    Physically broken on arrival

    I ordered on the app and went to pick it up. Computer was completely destroyed when I opened the box. I first. Notice some rattling when I got it out of the box, and that was because one of the bottom legs was broken off and was just rattling around in the bag over the computer. Then I pull it out, only to find that the bottom had a crazy huge chip in it, the glass panel was broken off the side, and the back was completely bent and also broken up. Honestly a big disappointment because I really wanted to start streaming, but I guess I’ll have to wait again.

    I have had this computer for a total of 2 days!!! and it has crashed multiple times. This was my first time purchasing a gaming computer and I am really upset with what I received. I did windows reset, then it was stuck in a loop until a friend of mine helped me fix that. I am returning it and not sure if I will get another computer from this company.

    I'm writing this review on the pc and let me tell you its wonderful not too many noise keyboard is decent mouse is okay didn't come with the dpi but that's cool bought it on sale which was a very good deal runs every game I've played on 60+ med-high-max only thing i would do to make this a even better beast was to add another 8gs of ram also my games downloaded to SSD instead of HDD but that was an easy fix really easy to set up Wi-Fi ready thanks best buy and cyberpowerpc.

    I was really excited to get my gaming desktop because I missed playing my mmorpg games. Things were okay for a few days until problems occurred. I couldn’t even keep it it kept turning off randomly this is not Best Buy fault I want to let that be known but a manufacturers fault. I was very devastated because I waited so long to get my gaming pc all for nothing now I have to wait all over again to get a good gaming pc.

    Bought in November 2020 to make sure I had this on time for a Christmas gift. Day 2 and we can't get the blue window to go AWAY...it keeps rebooting over and over. And I wish I would have known I had to purchase Windows for this PC-that wasted a few hours as well to figure it out. And why is there a CD included with the package when there is no CD driver on PC?? And now it's too late to return it to BEST BUY.

    Was working fine for the first few months now its completely useless. Fails to display onto my monitor and drivers for it constantly are disabled making everything run at terrible fps. Also when it would work, graphics output randomly stops working. Save your money, biggest flop of a pc i ever bought
