    I bought this for my daughter with the hopes of having somewhat of a basic gaming pc. Knowing that it wasn't the highest quality wasn't an issue. After setting up the pc, we immediately had issues. The system would crash every 5 min or less. Thank you to Best Buy for making it right for returning. We ended up with a different pc. I guess we were just unlucky to get a "dud" of a pc with this one.

    The pc looked amazing but unfortunately the pc was had a broken gpu and there nothing they can then get it refunded

    I’ve been using a CyberPowerPC for a few months now, and it’s been awesome! It runs games really smoothly, even the ones that need a lot of power, and it handles video editing without any problems. The design looks cool, and it’s built really well. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much space if I wanted to add more parts later. But overall, it works great for everything I need, and for the price, it’s definitely worth it. I’m really happy with it!

    I got this for my son for Christmas, and we ended up having to return it. The computer would freeze after playing certain games (Minecraft, roblox, simple games I think) and after updating the drivers and the computer, and uninstalling and reinstalling games, I decided just to return it. I shouldn’t have to fix issues and do research on a brand new computer.

    I’ve had this P.C. for 2 weeks and it randomly turned off today. The fans will only turn on for one second and then stop. The led lights won’t turn on. I’ve tried troubleshooting it, nothing works. It was so hard saving money for this P.C. and I can’t even return it anymore:( if anyone knows what I can do please please let me know.

    Never buying another Cyberpower PC Again Right off the bat I was greeted with a code 43 error with the graphics are which tells me not to buy that type of graphics card either, Managed to fix it once for quite a few months and code 43 error came right back thanks for wasting my money

    I bought this for my son's birthday on March 18th. He played on it and enjoyed it for a month. He unplugged it for a week while we were out of town. When he plugged it back in made a large whirring noise, and started sparking from the back and emitting a burning smell. Dead in less than 60 days.

    Damaged item replacement process

    This review is regarding Best Buy service. The mouse in this bundle arrived damaged. Best Buy requires everything to be returned in order to process a new order request of which we will have to wait for it to be shipped to the store. All this for a mouse. Something cyber power pc could have handled easily.

    The motherboard failed within a week. This product is terrible, and you cannot replace through Best Buy. Good luck contacting the manufacturer. I called at 10am and the automated voice said “no agents available, please call during normal business hours.” Waste of both money and time.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. I received the first computer and it was dented. The second computer I received would not send a signal to the monitor. When I returned this one I was told there must be a bad batch because a lot of people have returned it.

    The system kept glitching out while playing games. I made sure the monitor was plug into the correct port and I still kept experiencing the same problem. Apparently, a lot of people have experienced this issue according to online reviews. I returned the product.

    Very impressed with the power in this PC! Would usually opt for building my own pc but during the pandemic computer parts are very expensive or sold out. The parts in this have a great power to price ratio! Easy set up and was up and running in minutes. The only graphic intensive game I've tried so far is Monster Hunter World, but so far nothing but good results. Very smooth and fast overall. The keyboard isn't anything fancy but isn't cheap either, fairly compact with a nice backlight. As far as I'm aware the keyboard doesn't change colors so its solid white. (The mouse was just whatever, a little too smooth for me but I already had one) Good purchase, really solid mid-range build suitable even for competitive gamers. Would definitely recommend as a present too anyone looking to get into PC gaming. P.S the case looks pretty freaking cool with quite a few colors to cycle through.

    Not even a month after Christmas the computer goes into "diagnosing your pc" and will not restart. You have to pull the plug and then when you plug it back in it goes right back to that screen. I do not suggest to buy this computer.
