    The PC is good but the mouse is half-broken. The DPI is caved in and I don't know how to fix it. Oh, and it does come with bluetooth, specs were just false. DON'T BUY A BLUETOOTH USB STICK!

    It didn't come with the DVI-D cord that was needed in connecting it to a monitor, but a Best Buy associate helped to get that cord.

    So excited when I bought this PC only to be faced with problems with connecting to the internet and with hours of waiting for the customer service line to get to me. This computer cant find my homes wifi even though all my other electronics and laptops can find and hook up to it no problem. Ive tried numerous of troubleshooting ideas but no luck. I even returned the pc for a different one but still facing the same issue.

    Worst Computer Ever purchased

    My daughter purchased this computer from Best Buy after Christmas with her birthday and Christmas money. This computer has never worked right. It shuts off randomly when she is in the middle of school work. Very very upsetting to her. She comes back from out of town and now the computer wont even come on. You can see the lights on the computer and the keyboard but wont work for the mouse, the monitor, or anything else that is plugged into it. This has to be the worst product ever produced. I spent way less money on the all in one computer and have had no issues with having it for 4 years. She had your product for a few months and started having problems.

    You get what you pay for

    Look elsewhere for an inexpensive gaming PC. Looks cool when running, descent components for a good price. However...after initial unboxing, setting up, and plugging it in, the pc did not recognize my monitor. Went to good old google to find out reasons why, only to find out my issue was a very common problem with CP PC's. Took cover off case, made sure all my connections were good and snug, powered back up, bingo, monitor works. Until today...3 days later, same issue. Doing a simple "cyberpower pc monitor" google search, again, told me all I needed to know. This hunk of junk is getting re-boxed tonight and returned tomorrow. Save your money and your aggravation.

    The wifi connectivity was an actual joke. It couldn't be more than 20 ft. from the router or you'd risk losing the connection, which was absurd. Also, it would often glitch and say there's no internet anywhere... Then after two weeks, it started frequently shutting down while I was editing photos, watching videos, or playing games. I attempted to update the drivers but the system would crash before the updates could finish. Finally, it stopped turning on... Returned it immediately. I've never been more disappointed in a product in my life, quite literally. Would give 0/5 if possible

    Never worked

    The display never worked. You need to look at the actual PC support website because Best Buy’s reviews are NOT accurate for this PC. TONS of people had the same problem I had and I have no idea why there are so many positive reviews for this computer. I went through all the troubleshooting and plugged it into several different monitors and it still didn’t work. I bought this for my son for Christmas and I’m Not happy! This is absolute garbage and I truly believe the honest reviews may not be showing up here. Do NOT waste your money on this pile of garbage computer!

    This is a garbage computer I should’ve never bought this when I got it I turn it on in the graphics card wouldn’t even work I mean I can even get a signal to my monitor the guy there said that this is probably gonna be the best PC I would get in there I may have to buy 8 gigs of ram well I was wrong this is basically the worst birthday present I could ever get in a total waste of money I would never buy this not even for the person that I hate the most

    Got this computer on January 30th it says no signal on any monitor I connect to it. All fans work except the ones of the graphics card. Support does not seem to be helpful at all. Mostly likely will return unless the issue is resolved.

    It won't even turn on

    I was excited because this was my first gaming PC but it won't even turn on. I've plugged in different outlets and the back switch is flipped on and I've pressed and nudged every button and it's dead as dead can be. I'll be returning this asap. I know I can probably open it and fix it but if I wanted to do all that I would had just built my own.

    By far the worst purchase I have ever made. It crashed right when I turned it on. This was Before I instilled any games. Was on chat getting transferred every 5 minutes for 2 hours straight. For them to say “we will give you 10% off if you keep it”. So, I get to keep a broken machine for 10% off, like what? Returning and would not recommend.

    Sounds issue

    The microphone does not work on this PC. Unable to get help from cyber support. We even bought the cyber power headset. The microphone doesn’t pick up person speaking, just the noise of the game.
