I recently received this pc for Christmas and it was working fine. until a couple of days ago. I wanted a pc to play games but that has become impossible. whenever I am playing a game It randomly Freezes. the screen does not go black (at least not yet) this is very frustrating because I will be in a fight, and it freezes for 5 seconds and then when it unfreezes I'm dead. I've heard that the problem might be that the power supply doesn't produce enough power. but I don't know. someone please help I don't know what to do

    Graphics issues

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I would give it a higher rating (especially at this price) except for a major flaw that makes it essentially unusable for the purpose it was purchased for. The system is easy to get up and running and the boot time is lightning fast. I suppose most normal home office apps would run exceptionally well, although I haven't tried them. The problem is the graphics...which I haven't quite figured out yet. Whenever you start playing any game with relatively intense graphics (Overwatch, Fortnite, etc.), the screen goes blank (with various random colors) and the system is unresponsive. The graphics card basically shuts down. No way out except to force a hard reboot. It happens every time. Some intense Google searches pointed to an outdated Radeon driver and/or some sort of conflict with Windows drivers. Updating the drivers did not solve the problem. After a few days of tinkering I've given up since the whole point of this purchase was gaming for my kids. This machine is going back. I'll stick the combination of Intel cores/Nvidia cards in the future.

    Product Came Defective

    Posted .

After a few weeks of use, began to get memory errors, particularly “can’t find boot device”. Couple blue screens, whatever. BIOS says everything’s swell. In the middle of Warcraft 3 (only 39% of my memory in use), this PC -bricked- -hard-. Upon restart, permanent boot location error. Open BIOS, lot and behold, the SSD containing my boot program has vanished. Check the handy-dandy mobo connections utility, the port for the SSD shows nothing’s there. Look into the big glass case, there’s definitely something in the port. Go to the hassle of getting out my anti static wrist strap, open the glass case, and check the port. It’s fine. Connection’s fine. The SSD is just bad. CyperpowerPC has a record of poor builds, so I’m hoping it’s just a cord come loose inside the drive casing. Either way, I hope this review was effective.

Good computer for a couple of months

The PC initially was great. But I've never had so many issues with a computer. The most recent is the monitor loses signal and you have to shut off the computer and restart it. It can't handle games I used to play, hell it can't handle YouTube at times, glitches and shuts down. I talked to tech support and they told me to send it in and they'll look at it but turn around time is generally 14 days. Quality control It is really something to consider when looking at these

GPU issues right out the box

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Purchased this to replace my FX-8350 Build. Figured for the price wasn't to bad to go with. Sadly right out of the box nothing but issues. None of the HDMI/Display ports work. Only the DVI, then under normal gaming the screen either goes blank 100% or gets lines all through the screen. Can confirm the card is the issue because I used my 1060 in this one and it worked fine and the RX 580 gave the same issues on my FX build.

      Dear Jorgy,

We are deeply sorry to hear if that caused any inconvenience. To clear up any confusion, while we do mentioned the chipset that will be provided in the build, the brand of the card will vary. This is based off the availability of the specific item during assembly of the PC. Never buy anything from Cyberpower

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

CyberPower does not honor their warranties. They shipped me a faulty product, which I returned, then they shipped the exact same faulty product back to me, which I returned, then refused to fix it, then we went to arbitration, which is a joke. Bottom line - I did not get the product, and I lost a lot of money. Buy someone else's product.

When I got this pc I expected it to be a working computer, however when I tried to plug it in my monitor it did not work. I tried looking online and every suggestion I got did not work. I should’ve trusted those videos and not buy from cyberpower.
