Received before due date. Safely packaged and all items already assembled. Was able to be up and running in less than 20 minutes. Little to no bloatware. So far its fast, meets expectations and I'm lucky to have gotten this during the crazy prices of PC components right now. I plan on upgrading the GPU to a 3070 (reason I bought this PC was because I can easily upgrade) when the prices stabilize.

I don't know much about PC's but I love the easy directions to set-up. The PC is heavy but sturdy. Def satisfied so far.

Purchased this fantastic machine from Best Buy. First surprise was how well it was packed upon opening the box. It was easy to connect and the top controls are so easy. I also purchased the Best Buy Tech Team contract. With the covid-19 going on I couldn't have anyone in the house to help with hookup. They are amazing agents, fast and efficient. Only had machine 2 weeks, would purchase it again.

I've had this PC running for a little over a week now. Runs all programs required for my work without any issues. Also runs World of Warcraft at highest settings with no lag or issues! It is also super quiet! Mouse and keyboard provided both work wonderfully. I will include the caveat as others have that the HDMI port is a VERY tight fit along the top, but the HDMI cord that was included with my monitor fit with little issue

Great beginner gaming pc! Setup was easy and the system is pretty fast. My son loves it!

I bought this for my oldest son, and he loved it. He tied it with a 240Hrtz monitor and this unit was top notch. It was a recommendation from the Best Buy member who helped us - This is when you appreciate stores like Best Buy that have actual people that live and breath what they sell. This was one great experience with Best Buy and this PC was one of the best PC’s you can invest in... Flawless!

I purchased this PC for my 13 year old son. He absolutely loves it. It has great graphics and runs his games at the highest setting with out lags. The mouse and system color changes make it really stand out. The keyboard works well but the spacebar occasionally squeaks and the keys are a little loud. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Almost no complaints whatsoever. Works as intended, is extremely silent and performs every game I could imagine at 100+ FPS. Would recommend this to anyone in the price range. Internally my PC was damaged, the HDD was disconnected and the sata cable was damaged. Otherwise an ideal PC, could be considered a steal for the price.

Had to return the first one we received due to the ports on the back of the tower not being aligned correctly. The PC was out of stock but we received a replacement within about a week. So far we're very impressed overall with the speed and graphics. The lights with the different modes is a very cool touch.

Runs most of the games at very high settings just fine and was really easy to set it up.

I do enjoy this pc however there is one downside to it the AMD 5600XT now this GPU is good on VRAM, and it is powerful however, it overheats and temps can reach up to 85c to 99c which are bad and not healthy for the pc. The other downside and one thing I don't like is the case design it's alright but the, wireless internet antenna slots are sort of weak and one of them for me atleast are lose. However the CPU is great a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Zen 2. Not bad 6 cores 12 Threads. 16GB of 2667Mhz of DDR4 ram. This also includes a Western Digital M.2 SSD that's under the GPU (u have to remove the gpu just to get to it). But i have to say just build your own pc at this point if u have issues with the 5600XT just replace it with the 2060

All I can say is wow! I chose this machine because it was the perfect blend of price, performance, and form. I love the look of the tower, and I'm able to achieve 170 fps on high settings in the Assetto Corsa benchmark. Couldn't ask for anything more. As others have mentioned, the hdmi ports are a little tight, but I didn't have much trouble finding display port/hdmi cables to fit.

So I recently just bought this pc and it is very quiet, very smooth when I play, Very good looking pc. All I got to say is that its a very good pc and it is a must buy. But my only problem is, I cant seem to find where to update the motherboard there is nothing,i’ve been searching and searching but I couldn’t find anything, if anyone can help that will be great! And also feel free to ask questions :)

It’s no super computer, but it certainly is a good quality gaming computer. It can run pretty much everything out right now at ultra and manage at least 50 fps. Haven’t tried it yet, because I haven’t needed to, but looks easy enough to swap out / upgrade parts. The graphics card is a bit outdated on the device, so that will likely be the first thing to upgrade, but other than that, solid computer

The pc is great for gaming, awesome specs, runs most of the games i tried (GTA V, WITCHER 3, MINECRAFT, and MORE) just to name a few. My one and only complain in the wifi seems to drop on its own from time to time, and I know its not my internet as i pay for the highest package on my provider, But ill research more on that an update this accordingly and another thing that wasn't as big of a deal but you would expect a gaming PC to come with an activated version of windows or at least a windows key.. For the price I paid, I expected that much, It could've been a mistake but definitely something to consider on 1k + purchase like this. Other than that, the pc is amazing and the look of the case is so clean and modern. TL;DR - preforms great, but Wi-fi receiver is not the strongest and windows NOT activated and no key on the box or anything in the package instructions

Super powerful computer. Great graphics card and speed is fast.

I am a first timer gaming pc buyer and this pc was more than enough to get me started gaming. I mostly play fps like call of duty and pubg and this computer handled those games with ease with well above 100 fps. The computer was packaged well and shipped very fast with easy to use set up instructions. I would highly recommend this pc for anyone looking to get into pc gaming.
