Unfortunately, the RGB was dead right out of the box. A minor issue which could have been easily resolved if CyberPower's tech support ever got back to me. My first contact with support was on Dec 29. After nearly an hour wait on hold, I opened up a case online. Despite never hearing back from Tech Support, I did get the following Tech Support follow-up email on the 31st: "Our Tech Support helpdesk shows that you recently contacted us to resolve a problem with your computer. We are serious about improving our services, and your feedback would be a big help. We have prepared a very brief, three question survey to help us understand what you thought of our service. We would appreciate if you would be so kind as to fill it out. The survey can be found at the following URL: -----" So I filled out the survey and let them know I have had NO tech support as of yet. In another follow-up email I sent on Jan 9th, I told them I'd return this to BB if I didn't hear back from them by close of business day on Jan 11th. Back to BB it went today. I saw another one on behind the counter, being returned with a dead mobo. The floor model also had a dead mobo according to the sales rep, but at least the RGB worked. I'll see how the replacement does. Stay tuned.

Had an issue with the system trying to boot to the wrong device. Had to call support to get help. They fixed it, but it was just some kid answering basic questions, felt very low-budget support. Decent for the price when this is all you can get in the pandemic supply constraints. No major issues.
