Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this computer for my husband for his Christmas gift and from the very moment he turned it on, nothing appeared on the monitor. He had to power shutdown the computer a few times and still nothing. He then removed the gpu, put it back when he was finally was able to get in. After a couple days of being able to check his emails, get on social media and play World of Warcraft, it started doing the same thing. He then called the 800 number only for the supposed Geek Squad helper to have remote access who only deleted the “temporary files” which still didn’t solve anything. My husband finally brought the computer back to the store I got it from and returned it. Now he’s looking for another and one without issues. My husband had this to say: “It’ll be a really good computer because when it allowed me to be on, it ran smoothly and quietly. It’s a really nice looking desktop.”

However, the amount of FPS you receive in-game will vary depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your display, in-game graphics settings, as well as your network connection. 2 machines have both had crashing problems.

Second one crashes occasionally, always when on the internet. Not sure why. When it works, it screams along nicely. Will run MS Flight SIM 2020 easily. Use it mostly as a game machine, does that well but you probably ought to have another way to read news and shop online.
