Much Faster

The manufacture send a new one and now everything is fine. The connections for the mouse and keyboard were installed wrong and that is the reason the panel shattered. Our technician removed it to fix the problem and that is when the panel shattered.

Factory settings for fans are set too low for gaming and he didn't realize this. It kept shutting down on him. After realizing the issue we turned up the fans to 100% and have not had an issue since.

Great PC for the price

The bluetooth has stopped working a couple of times, but after a couple hours it works again. Also, the computer couldn't receive the input from my monitor through displayport one time. This was fixed by unplugging the computer and plugging it back in. Overall, I would highly recommend this pc.
