I haven’t had any issues at all. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is the small dent or two that the PC case had on arrival. Other than that there were no Problems

And it come with up to date hardware, ready to upgrade power source is good. The only reason I have it 4 stars is an led is slightly damaged. Also it doesn't come with a owners manual.

Great starter pc!

I bought this pc because the prices for the parts to build your own are way too expensive right now. Keyboard isn't the greatest but it comes with the pc so you cant complain too much. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

The case comes with some minor damages but it might be because of shipping, but it is alright and still look really nice. Little disappointed that the GPU fan RGB light does not work, or either the model does not have RGB like advertised. But overall great product.

Powerful gaming PC

It has everything I need in terms of specs but also comes with a keyboard and mouse. If you register the product with CyberPowerPC, you get a free mousepad. The only thing I don't like is that in sleep mode a blue light flashes and I haven't figured out how to change the setting.

What I got were some used parts with scratches all over the case and CPU fan. Looked like they were dragged against cement before they put it together. The back panel where the fans connect for the RGB is chaos. No one new to PC's will understand what the heck is going on. Wanted to set up the HDD and the SATA cable was cracked off in the HDD and the HDD was barely staying secure in the case. Glass panels look like they will fall out at any given moment. I will be returning. Other than that everything else was okay.

One negative was that my mouse was damaged during the shipping process but the customer support agent was quickly able to help sort out the situation. For 749.99 this PC was a great deal and would recommend to those looking for a pre-built gaming PC.
