Cyberpower makes excellent PCs. I bought the Gamer Master Gaming PC with the Ryzen 5 3600 and I'm in love. It is so powerful that it handles ALL of my work from home needs and all my gaming needs effortlessly. I've even begun streaming on twitch just because I have the capacity and it's been loads of fun!

great quality and performance from a prebuilt!!!!!

I'm transitioning back to a desktop after years on a laptop. This is a great CPU for the casual gamer and someone who uses it for her Silhouette software. It's powerful enough to run my games, has quick load times because of the SSD and tons of space for all my files on the hard drive. This should last me a while.

Honestly had allot of issues with the CPU kept blue screening was allot of figuring it out.. but after hours of fixing it it runs great and handles all my games well

It's everything I wanted it to be. No cheap plastics used or anything. The only problem I had was forgetting to plug in my gpu when I started it up lol. Much better alternative than trying to find separate gpus and CPUs on the market right now. It's also very quiet and the lights are pretty customizable.

For the price you couldn't beat it. I did get it on sale but it's a good deal even without. Everything's worked great but make sure you change the RAM speed in your bios as mine was not set to 3000 as it should have been. Unlike other reviews I had no issues with the windows install or activation.

If you do not want to build your PC that is perfectly okay just buy one that has updated pc parts and is from a site that takes returns. This PC hasn’t failed me and it is amazing and I do not regret getting a prebuilt as I didn’t have to worry about cable management or anything just plug a play.

I ended up returning as the it was bit pricier for me even though it was pre-built PC. Could've gotten other PC with the similar specs from other bigger named companies

Very powerful machine for a decent price. The only issue, that others have mentioned, are random crashes that could occur. However, they are not as frequent and its very manageable. Overall, great product for its price!

Great lightning fast computer, I use it for trading stocks the only problem I have had with it so far is the keyboard that came with it not functioning for the keys on the left row of letters. Great startup time, no lag and quiet.

I recently got into PC gaming, and knew that THIS was going to be the pc for me. I play games from all titles with ease, and my pc has had no problems running things like MW Warzone and Destiny 2. I reccomend this as a starting PC for anyone who is getting a new or getting into PC gaming.

Cyberpower remains one of the better prebuilt systems you can get. CPU+GPU combination in this can handle anything you throw at it, the only thing missing is hardware based RTX but AMD is working on a software based variant in the near future. Would recommend to anyone else!

overall happy with my purchase of this pc, quick setup and delivery time was fast. case has one dented corner, not sure if that was from factory or shipping but not a real big deal. nice looking and good quality pre-built.

This is a touch one to give a rating for because in general, I like the computer. It works well, and had one fairly small and one pretty big issue from the start which I've learned to live with. So why 2 stars? Their tech support is an absolute joke. As soon as I put it together I realized that the wifi was extremely poor - I'm quite experienced with computers and could easily diagnose the likely issues. So when I contacted their tech support, I was surprised that they seemed to have very very little knowledge of computers. After weeks of emails going back and forth ie me emailing them 3 times, and a week later getting a response that didn't solve the problem, FINALLLY they said they would send out a new wifi antenna. OK, great. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then they have not been able to supply a tracking number, or even confirmation of shipment. At one point they closed my ticket because they sent the wifi antenna, then later said that I should "receive it soon" which is rather vague 6 weeks after they supposedly sent it. Now something else broke - one of the buttons that changes the colors on the case. That started 3 weeks ago. Again, a bunch of vague answers, asking if I know how to replace a PC part (i do), then radio silence. The computer is for my son so we can live without great wifi or colors on the case, but it sure seems that I'll be on my own if this ever becomes unusable. Also, their phone tech support is so bad I've never actually spoken to a human. Just hang up after hold time. The chat that they recommend all over their website has never been up. The only reason to buy a pre-made PC instead of building one (assuming you know how), is the support you get when it breaks. And this brand has none. Had I built this myself I could have swapped out parts easily, but I'm at the mercy of a company that is flat out evading and lying to me for 1 1/2 months. I would find something a bit more reputable.

I bought two of these computers. One worked great out of the box. The second computer didn't have a valid Product Key for Windows 10 activation so i had to return it to the store. Best Buy was good on the return.

I ordered this PC and got it pretty quick. When received it was packaged very well, I was pleased. I am not a fan of the keyboard that came with it but other then that I am completely happy with my purchase.

I had some trouble right out of the box with it shutting down randomly. I contacted support right away. The help was adequate and they gave some trouble shooting ideas. If you weren't comfortable playing around inside the computer, the help would have been useless. The problem continued, but tech support stayed involved and eventually sent a label to have it looked at. If they take care of the problem and make up for the hassle then my review would go up (any machine can have a problem) The computer itself looks nice and had great specs for the price--We'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

I just got this computer last week and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. Very fast boot (thanks to the SSD) and plenty or storage with the 1TB harddrive. There is also an extra HDD slot if I need to add more internal storage. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

just have to install drivers and more one set up it runs well one problem i have is my graphics card was faulty i dont know if i will be able to return the card and get a non faulty one though.
