Pc came in a few days ago and is working amazingly well. I can play all of my games at max settings and I am able to get high fps. It came with both keyboard and mouse, the keyboard has a mechanical feel even though it isn't mechanical and it glows up just white.

Whole process was super easy. Got an email an hour after ordering to come in and get the item. Walked in with ID and was leaving with the product about 2 Minutes later. Set up of the PC at home took about 10 minutes and was also super easy. Loving the product so far.

We got the pc and about a week from delivery the pc crashed. Had to take it in to geek squad and got it replaced. Both delivered came with a broken mouse.

Works well most of the time. Every once in a while it’ll randomly blue screen and restart but it doesn’t happen often. I wish it was easier to have a two screen setup but I am happy with it overall.

I bought this computer, hoping it would be pretty good. After I removed the foam, I saw a fan that wasn't installed and random small metal parts scattered.

Great pre-built PC for people new to PCs. Also, I love the aesthetic of it, it gives my setup a nice clean look. I’ve had it for about a month now and I have no complaints so far. Worth the investment.

I bought this computer for a replacement for my previous computer. Then I found this computer which looked really good and would meet my needs. This computer is super fast and works better than expected. I would recommend this to my friends if they asked.

Initially purchased this PC about 3 months ago towards the end of October. At first, I had problems with the PC randomly rebooting, I exchanged it twice and this one is working great!

This was a great deal. Everything operates really smoothly and the parts they used to build it seemed to be of good quality and not cheap off brand materials. The only issue I have with it is that it came with a dent on the back of the case.

If you value your sanity DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER. It is russian roulette with this PC. My parter and I both got this computer back in October and theirs works completely fine, mine crashes at least once a day for no reason. I play WoW and the Sims 4, games that can be ran on a 2012 MacBook laptop without any problems but for some reason my "Gamer Master Gaming Desktop" can't handle? I don't stream or do anything else on the PC in the background, just loading a game in the Sims or going into a new area in WoW will crash the computer. Called Cyber power multiple times, was told that "windows 10 was installed improperly", re-installed it TWICE and the problems still persist. Took the PC into Best Buy, they told me my best bet is to ship the computer to their repair department which has a 6-8 week turnaround time. I guess Cyber Power sources their parts from various companies instead of making their own, which causes problems and makes it difficult to repair. Hoping that Best Buy can fix the issue but I am VERY upset that my expensive computer doesn't work and now I'm going to have to go a month+ without a PC so I can try to maintain my sanity and have a PC that actually works. Only reason this has 2 stars is because my partner's computer works well. Its luck of the draw if your computer will be a pile of garbage or work perfectly fine. If you want to take a risk on a PC, then this is the one for you! If you value being able to turn on your PC and know that it will work, then keep searching bc this is NOT the PC for you.

this pc was very well built and had a great experience with hit. all parts perform well and the packaging was great as well. look forward to future purchases from cyberpower.

I really love this pc, it works great with everything I use it for. You can't quite turn down a deal like this, especially since this is a prebuilt computer the specs are great quality and up to date. High quality pc, highly recommend.

I’ve had this computer for a month and just now it’s been randomly turning off and starting back up again. It’s a fantastic computer but I don’t know what’s causing the problem.

I bought this PC in October of 2020. In the beginning it was working great. No issues. Then after about a month or two, I would get a random blue screen while gaming. I took it in the best buy to have it diagnosed and they couldn't replicate the issue. Shortly after that, it worked for a few weeks with no issues. But now I'll get random blue screens while watching YouTube or just browsing Facebook.

Purchased this pc less than two weeks ago, it gets the job done. The only thing that surprised me was that the cpu fan is a little loud even on the quiet preset. Also contains a B550 motherboard, so that's pretty nice.

Received the computer within 3 days of ordering. It's quite large. It had very nice interior packaging, including a foam piece protecting the components. The accessories appear to be of good quality. Got it $200 off on sale.

I really have enjoyed my first PC experience with this device. One gripe I have is that I am having trouble connecting a second monitor, and there really is no "experts" to go to. I attempted geek squad chat and they copied and pasted an excerpt from the website that I had already checked in to. I really need the second monitor for work and am at my wits end trying to get it to connect for some reason there are 3 DisplayPort connections on the back and only one HDMI that will display. Great PC if you only want one monitor.

This is my first big PC purchase and I'm super excited about it so far. Product, features, set up, all around pleased with every aspect for my first gaming pc experience. Hope it turns out to be an even better investment.

Definitely a nice starter PC, also surprisingly it uses a good motherboard. The GPU is pretty good but I replaced it with the RTX 3070 and now this thing’s a beast.
