Got this for a birthday gift and my brother is IN LOVE with it. I wish I understood what he’s saying about it but honestly I don’t but as long as he’s enjoying it that’s all that matters.

So I recently just got this computer and so far I’m not that impressed. I have tried to run games like rust, and it shuts down after a couple minutes of play. For the parts that were supposed to be in it most definitely sounded to be able to run things well I even updated the drives and it just hasn’t been able to run for more than a couple of minutes. But it’s done that with a couple of smaller games as well. I want to stay positive but so far I’m not very sure.

This was so good for the price but after using it for a few minutes and keep crashing the BSOD(blue screen of death) with the :( face and freezing so I had to shut the pc every 3 minutes.this didn’t happen when im playing a game but I as soon as I close a game it crashes.I returned it and waiting for my new one And see if its good I will update on sunday.

The computer works very well, and is also cool to look at. The WiFi could b e a little faster, but overall it was well worth the money.

The 1st computer we orderd had nothing but problems and after a month they decided they couldnt fix it and returned my money .. bought this .. not a single issue .. thank god

Arrived with a nearly dead GPU that kept making the monitor lose its signal. Not great, but the folks at CyberPower PC took care of sending a hassle free replacement. Great service.

This thing is a beast on iracing. Booted right up super fast. Didn't come with any bloatware, just a clean windows setup. Built quality seems great. My case was perfect, no dents or scratches.

Good working PC and its a great company. When it came the graphics card was busted so I sent it back and they upgraded me for free. Would recommend 100%

This is my first PC and I am absolutely happy! It lights up and it’s pretty, but I am satisfied. I had my boyfriend set up the whole thing because I’m clueless, but OMG, it’s great!

Grandson loves it! He looked at several game desktops and when he picked this one we went to Best Buy to buy it and as in everything I have bought from BB they made it easy..

I have about 9 months with this computer and ive never had any issue i would highly recommend this computer i bought it on sale for 749 it was a steal for sure!!!

Wouldn't recommend this because the power supply unit fan is intolerable. Besides when I do gaming on wifi, there's about 30% packet loss and inconsistent wifi connections all the time. If you don't mind tolerate loud fan all day and plug in Ethernet cable, it should be fine

Great buying experience! We ordered the computer at BestBuy's online store, and we were notified when the monitors and Desktop was ready to be picked up at the store.

So far so good! Ordered this a few days ago and it came earlier than expected. Very easy to install. My son is very pleased with it.

The USB mouse came broken from the sealed box; however, they replaced it with out any inconvenience besides the time invested to contact them. Great Desktop PC until now.

Bought this for my son. In only 6 weeks, it’s been down twice due to, maybe, the SSD failing...at least that’s what’s being investigated now. But (1) calls to CyberPower usually take 15+mins before anyone picks up, despite the message claiming a 3-4 min wait time, (2) often those calls are dropped altogether after such a long wait, and (3) cyberpower is requiring us to mail in the tiny, cheap part before mailing a replacement part, meaning this PC will have been out of commission MOST of the time we’ve owned it. Some rep from CyberPower will undoubtedly respond that they’re sorry that this was my experience, and that it’s a fluke. It’s not. The phone calls have taken place on many different days and are always such a terrible chore. And the part replacement turnaround is “just policy”, I’m told. Nothing is a fluke about this. Consider other machines until CyberPower decides to ratchet up their efforts.

Great gaming computer! 4 stars rather than 5 because it does not come with a microphone or speakers but my sone loves it.

I've already purchased and returned two of these. Both came damaged. The first had issues internally and the second had visible damage to the case. The back side of the case was smashed in on the bottom right side and underneath the case was cracked. On paper, this prebuilt is a decent value but quality is severely lacking.

Amazing gaming pc, with gaming prices going up this setup is what any entry/midlevel and even avid gamers need!!! quality parts and setup! no issues at all!!!
