I bought this as a present for my son.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Then when it was time to give it to the person, it worked fine for a quick little bit and then just died, it would turn on but would not boot to windows or show any display on the monitor at all. It must have just been defective. It was not the monitor. I couldn't do anything with it, if I couldn't see anything. I had to return it. I must say though, their customer service on returning the product was excellent. Very high marks! If you can find one that does work these machines are good, especially for the price. I just got unlucky, so I will rate the value high because I know other people that own them and have had zero issues with them. Sometimes you just get a dud I suppose.

Good Specs & Price but crashes a lot

But it keeps crashing and we can't figure out why. It has virus protection and he is only running 1 program at a time so it's really frustrating when it crashes and he has to start all over.

Wouldn’t start...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After receiving the computer (pretty fast via UPS) , the machine would go through a reboot cycle every 5 seconds. Had to return it for another one. I hope that new one performs better.
