So I really liked this computer had it for a month now and it ran great for awhile. Now all of a sudden the graphics card keeps restarting the computer and giving me a black screen. The computer will restart but when it turns back on my monitor is black I then have to force shutdown with the button and turn it back on. I’m really disappointed because this all happened right after the return window ended. Hoping Best Buy will help me out and either allow a return or replacement.

Just set up PC, seems to be working ok but finding out that our current accessories like wireless headphones aren’t compatible so we are trying to figure that out.

So I got my delivery on time and all went to plug In the usb mouse and it wouldn't go in..not operator error today..the little tabs that space the ports from the backplate were jammed into the usb ports..I would really expect that not to be the case on a thousand doller computer...but that's the only con. This is a beast of a tower, with a ?mini?atx mobo. Good luck adding more memory (blocked) or installing a third hdd/ssd without removing the gpu...I'm sure the connections are there but they are completely covered by the gpu... But all in all not bad. On the other side..fix your website bestbuy..its so jinkey Tried to add picture, still loading circle after 5 minutes....smh

It’s a good beginner PC for anyone looking into getting one. The graphics card on mine recently just broke though after a year of use.

I just recently purchased this device and after a few days I started having issues. In the middle of a GPU driver update, the computer decided to instantly reboot by itself without warning. I had to do a system restore to a previous point because it messed up the GPU driver and also another application. I've also been having issues with the GPU wattage. AMD WATTman displays an error at least two or three times a day saying that there was a failure and settings were returned to default (and this is when the computer is at idle). I haven't adjusted any settings since I received the product. I had registered the product around the same time of purchase. The website registration is pretty straightforward. When I reached out to customer technical support, they responded several days later stating that I needed to reply with a customer number that I received after I registered the product. The only number provided in the registration email was a registration number and I replied with that information because that is the only information I had. It has now been two more days with zero response. I just need assistance and I'm not getting it right now. I'm trying to isolate the problem to make sure it's not the GPU or the PSU. this shouldn't be happening to a brand new computer and I shouldn't be having to troubleshoot this myself. I guess you get what you pay for.

It has a great price but It restarts when playing games. Probably overheating.
