Not the One

It auto-shuts down frequently during heated matches and sometimes gives really choppy framerate for no discernible reason. The interior lights don’t all work and the blue led serving as the power on indicator is blindingly bright.

Poor quality!

Tried everything to get it to work. Took it back and just got a replacement, now it started crashing and won’t even boot to windows. First one was the ASRock and the second one was a ASUS board. Oh, and both of them arrived with a broken mouse. You’ve been warned.

Many problems

Tried all the fixes but they do not work. I’m running on low settings and getting frame drops and crashes. Did a full system reset and the problem still persists. Poor product

Disappointed

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mine had a graphical artifact issue so it wasn’t a good one but besides that it did run the games well but i had to return mine so I’m not going to order a new one because at the end of the day the issues were annoying, it wasn’t performing and for that price I expected more and it was defective. So I’m trying a new computer because this wasn’t for me. Also the keyboard it comes with is absolute filth but the mouse was nice!

Had to return it

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product itself was fine and all other parts worked, but I got a faulty part and the fans on the gpu didn't work (which I did not realize at first) and I had to return it. Remember when you buy pre-built units to always check that all of the parts work! I'm glad I realized same day and was able to return it, I ended up upgrading and going with the Gamer Xtreme model instead.

Random Restarts - Do Not Buy

From the moment I took it out there were issues.I purchased this in September 2020From then, to the end of January I was not able to use the PC. There were multiple geek squad visits (4-5). I paid to have windows downloaded to a usb to do a reset. There was never any fix but I kept getting it back saying it was fixed. Finally Best Buy returned my money. I bought a new omen of the same cost and paid $152 for insurance on that one. All in all, I paid for insurance on this cyber power pc, had it from September to February without being able to use it, got a different PC with less specs (less ram in particular) and had to pay for insurance on that one as well. Unsatisfied with Best Buy and cyber power. When I asked Best Buy about exchanging it after the first two visits they said “Best Buy doesn’t do that anymore” ...yet.. that’s exactly what the end result was. So, you DO “do that”.. it’s just at your employees discretion?

Good but...

Not very pleased with this might return it. it feels like I've got a used one there dents in the metal too

Came back to check reviews and apparently we're not the only ones. Today I called Cyberpower tech and options were to send it in to repair/exchange parts or return it to Best Buy. At first it was a decision but then I was told I had to pay the shipping costs to them for their faulty product, I mean really no Prepaid shipping label... decision was a no brainer from there. Not sure if that's a good move on their part but it's their perrogative. That just leaves a bad taste for me and makes me wonder if I had more issues down the road... how many times do I need to send this in? Luckily this crashing happened yesterday and continued all today for me to check that my last returnable date is tomorrow! Our first desktop was a Cyberpower so we were excited for this upgrade... so disappointed!!

Glitched practically out of the box

Randomly re-booted about 2 months after purchase. It was infrequent enough to only be annoying. Brought it in at 18 months after purchase. BB saw the problem and gave me store credit to purchase another desktop.

Bad hardware

Stay far, far away from CyberPowerPC

Bought this PC for my son. First thing out of the box, it was overheating. Opened it up and realized they cables were restricting the fans on the graphics card so I had to reroute to fix it. Then it was constantly green screening, like 5-10 times per week. Had to call CP which takes FOREVER. They sent out a new graphics card, but not without first charging me full price for the replacement. They said it would only be a "hold" but they lied. They have now had the defective card in their possession for two weeks and have still not refunded my money. It is over an hour hold to talk to someone and they just give you the runaround. Avoid like the plague.
