Ram and psu suck.

The power supply can't even handle the pc (reviews said 600w, but mine came with 200w barely can even use the gpu and cpu with 200w) No signal due to the horrible psu.

Faulty USB Port on arrival

However, one of the USB ports on the computer has been unusable ever since I got the computer. The only options from BestBuy were pay to get it fixed, or return/refund the computer.

Very disappointed

The graphics card failed after a couple of months. We sent it back to CyberPower PC and it failed again after 6 weeks. We sent it back again and they replaced the motherboard and GPU again and it failed almost immediately. They have been progressively more and more hostile in customer support despite my constant politeness at each turn and insist that I pay for the shipping myself. I've basically paid for an usuable product and they want me to keep sending it back at my own expense and are actually hostile to me as a result.

Poor customer service and build

After resolving those issues the wifi network adapter that came with the PC stopped functioning properly. To top it off, the two games that came with the PC (a motivating factor for even purchasing it in the first place) did not come via digital code. In fact, I was told three separate times by customer services to, and I quote, "just wait." It has been nearly three months and no response. This product has been a failure from a technology standpoint and customer service standpoint. I do not recommend it at all.

Cyberpower pc

I did different diagnostics and nothing worked. BestBuy noted it was a bad motherboard and its common in this model. Cyberpower uses no name brand motherboards and took a shortcut on these particular models. I like the specs but i expected more from a $1000 dollar desktop. If you are going to purchase a cyberpower pc i suggest the one up from this one with the liquid cooling. This pc runs loud! It was outside my return/exchange but bestbuy were willing to let me exchange for an upgrade. I ended up going with an iBuyPower so far so good. So props to BestBuy customer service.

Came broken

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it came, I quickly took out the foam from inside the case and I noticed that it was putting a lot of pressure against the GPU but I didn’t think much of it. Then when I went to turn it on, the lights would come on but then it would shut down. And it kept turning on and off. I also tried plugging in the display port but it’s impossible to do so unless you break the case. I also noticed that the ram wasn’t put in correctly. The power cable was also very cheap. I took it to geek squad and they said the mother board was bad

Build your own if you have the time...

Had it running fine for about a month and a half. Around late October, the pc began to restart randomly and rebooting windows. I ran through all of my drivers, updates ect. I sent it in for repair under my warranty in late October. Fast forward to January, got my PC back from cyberpower's headquarter's a week ago, booted it up and the same thing as before. I bought this pc to save time as I have never built my own pc before. I'm starting to think that I should have... The PC itself keeps restarting randomly

Research before buying/not worth it.

(2 months apart) Not worth the price. Also be very careful when Buying extra warranty, i get charge $85 for them to ship it to fix it so you need to add that to the extra warranty you already paid for. One thing to keep in mind is the noise this desktop makes, it’s a extremely loud. I wish I would done more research before buying and invested on different brand.

Second computer glass not broken but doesnt work

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So the first computer I picked up in bestbuy and the box was damaged when I picked it up glass was broken every where so I brought it right back then they shipped me another one even expedited shipping got it today and the dang computer doesn’t even work, tried using a monitor and a tv hdmi and display port on board and graphics card absolutely no picture not once tried to figure it out for hours made sure everything was connected, wicked waste of time super disappointed this is the second computer so far and I’m spending 1000$ on this device? It will be returned to bestbuy tomorrow idk what to do at this point

Not Worth The Money!

With that said, DO NOT PURCHASE. I am now working with my 2nd PC of this model since the first would boot up in 5 seconds and then shut off. This is not a plug and play PC. I have spent hours scouring the internet in order to work out all the imperfections of the 2nd model I have received. I will be returning this PC as soon as possible and build my own. I'm not one to write reviews often but I just want everyone to be aware of the problems with this PC. Wish I could have had a better experience.

Bad computer for first time gaming pc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this machine thinking it would be a good thing, but found out that you have to unpack stuff from the inside of the PC, which would make any first gaming pc purchaser nervous and on top of that, I couldn’t even connect the PC to my mother, even with the HDMI cable that was included with the PC. On top of all of that, it was hard to get a hold of customer service and the only good advice I got was to return the computer, which I did. I came to find out that my problem with the cord not fitting was an isolated to just me, as another reviewer posted a similar problem. Don’t buy this machine!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

That wouldn't be a problem if the parts actually lasted... Less than a year after buying this computer (it wasn't even paid off yet!!) it started bluescreening on a regular basis and wouldn't recognize ANYTHING that required drivers (mouse, keyboard, headphones, etc) Worst waste of money possible. You would be better off building your own. Also... their "warranty" policy is insane and BAD. Just sucking money from you even more when their product breaks because they're cheap.

Buyer Beware!

We bought it in September and have struggled with problems since day one. It randomly reboots. It has been a disaster for my son who relied on it for online classes due to COVID restrictions in class learning. We have had it reprogrammed by Geek Squad and will be returning to Geek Squad to discuss options now that the semester is over. We couldn’t send it back sooner because he needed it for class. I have a feeling I will have no options. Spending $1000 on a computer with these problems and no good support options is unacceptable!

No signal connected error from my monitor

Everything seems to run well like the fans are able to start up but still no signal can be found. Hopefully i can get in touch with their support team to fix otherwise i will say they do not check if their pc are faulty before shipment so be careful before you consider buying this product.

Horrible computer and horrible customer service

It is suppose to run the two games my son wants to play but it crashes all the time. We have had trouble with is since the first week. Best Buy would not refund me because we were out of the exchange timeframe by 10 days, even though the store was closed due to Covid. CyberPowerPC keeps sending me new parts and it still crashes and they now want me to pay to ship it to them so they can look at it. I don’t understand why they can’t pay the shipping for their crappy machine. Save your money. Do not buy this pc.
