    This computer has a lot of problems the first week. I ended up returning it and getting a replaceable. The first week it froze one time. Hopefully that’s it.

    Bestbuy price match policy horrible!

    The system itself is good but the price match policy at Bestbuy is horrible! I purchased this computer at Bestbuy at full price 20 days ago and today the system has a discounts of $200. I call Customer service and went to the local Bestbuy store and they werent able to price match their own discount. Now I know I will order through Amazon only from now on because they were able to price match my product within 30 days of purchase. Again this is a review for Bestbuy policy.

    This is the 2nd time I get this cyber pc The first time It just kept Turing off and on we called the company they just me told me a Bunch of stuff and didn’t work we returned it and waited 2 weeks, 2 weeks later TODAY we get it and we thought the mouse was broken but The back were you Connect your stuff was not working I connected the mouse to my PS4 and it worked we also bought other cable we needed but that wasn’t it we don’t know if we should refund or order again

    Dead and they won't answer the phone.........

    machine crashed days after the return window and Best Buy won't take it back. They reinstalled windows but it still blue screens and not functional. CyberPower will respond to this review saying to contact them, but we have tried daily for weeks and get hung up on after 1 hr on hold. Now we have a brick for a computer and this was to help with remote learning. Caused my son to get behind and now trying to catch up. Stay away.......

    Received bad PC

    Had problems with this PC right off the bat. Monitor randomly turned off the first night using this. Then over the course of the next four weeks, I would experience random freezes. If I left my PC on and returned like 30 minutes to 1 hour later, my PC would be unresponsive. Even if I was watching Netflix, 40 minutes into my episode, my PC would just freeze. I would have to press the power button to force it to shut down.

    My gpu would crash from being around 100 degrees Fahrenheit because the cooling wasn’t good enough

    This prebuilt is so horrible the graphics card ended up crashing every time I would play a game or download anything. Took it to Best Buy and got a new one shipped to my house in which that one came with a missing part including damaged glass and hardware. ULTIMATELY got my money back and had to take my business somewhere else. Please do not buy a prebuilt at Best Buy it will be the worst decision of your life.

    I've had this computer for 4 months. It constantly crashes. Now when I turn it on the date displayed is 400 years in the future. I tried taking to Geek Squad and they said it is probably the motherboard however they can not touch it I have to contact manufacturer. I've been on hold for hours until being disconnected. Tried emailing with no response. So right now I am looking at a $800 paperweight.

    Constantly Reboots Itself

    Don't waste your time and money on this PC. I got this PC with a faulty mouse and the PC constantly reboots itself. I exchanged it for a new one, it worked well for about 2 weeks. Then it started to continue with the same issue. Customer support didn't help me at all.

    Absolutely trash! 2 in 1 month! The first one the windows kept crashing. I was able to delete the windows then downloaded it again. Still nothing. I returned that one for a new one. I had the new one and it worked fine for 2 days and I go to get on it the 3rd day and the computer was fried. Wouldn’t boot no nothing. Got my money back and will never go through cyberpower again! Do not buy!!!

    Hey I got a question. How do I get the display to work? I just got this PC today. The PC turn on and everything but it won’t connect to my monitor for some reason. All the cables in the PC are connected. Every cable from the PC and monitor are connected correctly. No cable is broken. How do I get the display to work? This PC is a prebuilt, it suppose to work. Anybody could help me? I don’t wanna waste all my money.

    Stay Clear of this PC 1 star is to many!!!

    This was the worse purchase ever. The motherboard died after 60 days. The 200.00 Geek squad extend repair doesn’t work on motherboards. Bestbuy is not allowed to send Cyberpower PCs out for repair. Customer has to ship and pay shipping 200.00 for covered manufacturers warranty. Now I’m out 200.00 for Geeksquad plan and 205 for potential shipping. Why does bestbuy sale this computer?

    Nothing but Problems

    This has been the absolute worst PC I have EVER purchased. Straight out of the box it has done everything but work properly. Geek squad was no help as they had no idea what they were doing and just wanted to replace it with a more expensive PC. We have tried fixing it for a while now but nothing has worked.

    Horrible piece of garbage. Can't believe Best Buy even sells this thing. Apparently it's a 50/50 shot whether it will work or not. It crashed after only 3 days, after doing a Windows update, and we got the blue screen of death. It shouldn't even be sold by Best Buy. I brought it back and built my own, with the Best Buy Geek Squads help. Much better than this paperweight.
