    Blue screen of death after 4 days.

    Literally bought this 4 days ago to replace an old laptop. This thing was sweet at first, then all of a sudden it starts blue screening after a few minutes of use. Heading back to Best Buy in the morning to hopefully return this and buy a different brand. Paid $1,000 for this pc, and now it’s worthless.

    Never could get it to work

    I called customer service and I was told that the windows software was not installed. so I had Best Buy to send it back.They sent me another one and it locked up on me. The software would not respond. So I ask for a refund the second time I took it back to Best Buy. I am not impressed with Cyber Power PC

    DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE OR ANYTHING FROM CYBERPOWER. Go read all the nightmare reviews online. Mine broke after about 45 days, too long for Best Buy to take it as a return. CyberPower made me ship it to them for repairs at my own expense then has not communicated with me at all. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. They do not respond to emails. Do not purchase.

    Product came with a defective video card (generated artifacts while playing games). Warranty service entailed shipping the defective hardware back to the vendor at personal expense, and resulted in the vendor returning a completely nonfunctional video card twice, after which the vendor did not respond to further support requests.

    Do not buy this computer... I'll tell you why

    So my computer arrived yesterday on June 9th 2020. It kept booting on and off in a cycle. I returned it the next day and ordered another computer which will come next week. Honestly, there are other reviews that say same thing. Only gave a one star cause that's the lowest I can rate it.

    Blue screens death within 24 hours.

    I was one of the many who had it for less than 24 hours and got blue screen big down. I got about 6 within 2 hours. I called geek squad and they told me it wasn’t normal and to take it back. I took it back to the store and switched it out for a better one. I think it’s Russian roulette with this brand, I wouldn’t buy from this brand again.

    The description says it comes with a 500gb SSD, it did not. When I called the local store they told me I didn't understand how it was written and it "has the option to have a 500gb SSD".... Well of course it does, it's a modern computer. After refusing to help me and insisting I'm misunderstanding the description I have returned it.

The M.2 NVME SSD should perform better than most SATA SSDs as they hard installed directly onto the motherboard.     inconsistent

    I only had this PC for 3 days. The first two days worked fine, everything was running smoothly. Then it just became inconsistent, it worked fine then it randomly shuts off during a game session. I tried to figure out what happened, sometimes it wouldn't even boot up. It just randomly crashes. It's so frustrating.

    Didn't work well

    There were 2 key factors that made give this review. 1) Since the installation until the moment I started to play it would randomly shut down. 2) For this processor and the amount of memory it was supposed to be way faster than what it was. Very disappointed.

    This gaming desktop was a waste of money. We purchased it in February and it stopped working in September. It no longer powers on. It doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave it. We paid way too much money for this oversized paperweight that is now going in the trash.

    Run's all my daughter's game when it works. Had to send this computer in 3x since I purchased. Cyberpower tech support is a nightmare. Never once, have I called, and I had to call a dozen times, did I not have to wait at least 45 minutes. Please look for another alternative.

    Horse garbage. Directions are ridiculous saying you may or may not have to connect, disconnect wires after opening the side. No markers anywhere on anything to let you know what goes where if you in fact have to. 1 of the hdmi ports just didn't even work. Get something else, I returned mine immediately.

    Bought it, got it home, looked great out of the box. Doesnt even stay on long enough to do anything before blue screening with a different error code each time. Going to have to return sadly.

    This is the worst computer I have ever owned. Will restart in the middle of games. Redownloaded windows like Cyberpower support told me to do and it now crashes doing normal web surfing as well as downloading games. After reading reviews it seems hit or miss and it has wasted a week of my time!

    We have two of these bought 2 months apart. The second one has completely different parts than the first one. The second one has a garbage GPU, RAM, and motherboard. I suspect this is the case with all prebuilts when quality parts are out of stock. Your gambling when you purchase this.
