    This rating is for Best Buy, since I did not get a chance to try the computer. It arrived damaged, but inspected. Parts of the system were missing ... no fans, no hard drive. It had multiple scratches on it, like someone took a screwdriver to it. Returned and ordered directly from manufacturer.

    worked great for two weeks, Multiple issues after that, BestBuy and Geeksquad spins you in circles with Cyberpower so that nobody gets you answers, just passes you to a different company until its too late to return.

    Endless Blue Screens

    Bought this with high hopes thinking it was going to be an awesome prebuilt Pc. From the time I plugged it in to the time I returned it a week later it would blue screen every 10 minutes. I did everything someone could do trying to get it to work and it just wouldn't. Couldn't recommend less

    BAD purchase, AVOID

    Terrible quality computer. Wouldn't run for more than half an hour before crashing when it wasn't even running more than a chrome page to check my email. Exchanged for a second one of the same thing and ran into the same exact problems. Waste of money and glad I got a refund

    Radeon gpu + cyberpower = issues

    My graphics card had to be replaced the original one was artifacting and crashing constantly with a new gpu it works great. Wish i had come with more cooling it gets hot and is loud compared to other pcs in the price range. Added more fans to help cooling

    PC ram holder was broken and dent on pc

    When I got my pc it looked good, then I checked the back of it and then there was a dent. I look inside of the pc I see that the ram is slanted not only that my gpu is slanted but I didn't mind that. I took the side panel off took my ram and had to put it back in place.

    Crashing with blue screen problems

    Bought this for my son less than a year ago. He has nothing but problems with it crashing with a blue screen. We have tried to take it to tech and they had said nothing is wrong with it. It just crashes randomly and we are not sure why.

    Do Not Buy This Computer

    Works well for a few months and then you get multiple BSODs. After 2 weeks of having the computer in the shop for diagnostics I find out that the CPU and motherboard were lemons. Hopefully I can get my money back from best buy on a return.

    Blue screen errors

    I got a dud of a computer, had to return it. Had a continuous blue screen, and after many attempts to correct it, I gave up and took it back. I’m sure this computer had potential, but sadly not for me.

    This pc was my first and it’s so bad it crashed on me like 100 times and at first I thought it was my WiFi promblem but then I got that fixed and now my whole pc turns off by its self and I can’t return it or anything cause they won’t take it back

    I had so much hope for this PC. It had all the specs I was looking for. Worked for about a day then kept restarting itself. I tried reloading and just kept restarting again, and again. Had to return it and get a different brand.

    I bought this pc for christmas and it was my first ever pc. About 2 days in it started to crash randomly and couldn’t fix it at all. Returned it immediately and built my own which was cheaper and better for the price and easy.

    It was returnable until 8 days ago. Crashed

    One week after we could no longer return it, it crashed. The log says it is the hard drive. My kid worked all summer to save to buy this; it worked for 3 weeks and is now awful.

    This computer is terrible, I bought one at the exact same time as my friend and it’s constantly crashing mid game and has trouble running simple games. Not at all what they advertised and would not recommend. I just want a refund.

    Computer is ok, but quality is terrible. Both mouse and keyboard included failed after less than one month of usage. Only option provided by best buy is to return the entire package and repurchase to replace the defective items.

    Poorly assembled product

    The machine was poorly assembled. The motherboard wasn't aligned to the case leaving the ports in the back unusable and the video card ports were also in a place you couldn't plug in a cable to without having to switch the slots around.

    The computer had the blue screen of death as my daughter called it when it turned on after about 1 day. We took it back and Geek Squad said return it and get another one, so we upgraded as I could not trust this system anymore

    first time bought unit and display ports were not working. Properly brought in for exchange and got new unit. New unit kept booting unexpectedly during normal use. Graphics card would randomly crash during operation

    Ping is horrible. Wifi is one bar, while 5 other devices set around it in a circle all have full bars. Microphone doesn't work; we literally went through 3 headphones/mikes, not a single one works.
