The First one would keep overheating and shut it self off! Second, like I just said before, was fine for 3 weeks til it exploded on me. TERRIBLE!

Wifi antennas

Look twice on this one

If you can get it to start it will just turn its self off over and over again, and thats just great when you are in the middle of doing something. the ON button, thats a contradiction in term. sometimes I have to try to start it several times before it works and like I said it will shut off on its own. and just froze up 10 minutes ago. but when it works it is just fine WHEN IT WORKS.....Can you tell I'm not happy with it. DO NOT shut it off when you get it to stay on!!!

BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT GET IT NOW!

Best Buy takes your money and doesn’t even fulfill their promises on the pc this is an absolute joke do not get this pc! The motherboard is in house and low quality and you can buy a Better 950 pc With research and buying the right parks... BEWARE DONT GET THIS, save money and build your own pc. Highly disappointed

Blue Screens, Random Restarts, and Freezes

I’ve tried reaching out to Best Buy and CyberPowerPC, Best Buy said they can’t do anything. CyberPowerPC gave me a troubleshooting link that didn’t help. I’m trying to reinstall windows but I can’t even do that without it blue screening. Overall just a terrible experience.

Pc short circuited, unreliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the pc three days ago, and hooked up with monitor and everything, but when I nudged the pc to reach one of the back plugs, the pc immediately turned off. It would also automatically turn on in the middle of the night even after closing the pc. It would repeatedly do this. I returned after two days of having it after being so excited to finally upgrade.

Constant BSOD

I bought it back in November, worked fine for about a week, and since then it gives constant BSOD's. I have tried every trick in the book. My best guess is the MOBO or CPU is bad. So, like a lot of people I have a $800 paperweight.

Sucks
