Great PC for the price. The only issue I had was a couple loose ports from shipping.

good! but the pc came in with one wifi antenna broken. Overall, it is working fine.

Really wanted to enjoy this PC like all the other reviewers are but unfortunately I received a bad unit. The pc was running fine at the first start up then the issues started ... the pc would randomly go to a black screen. Then It was stuck in a reboot loop followed by many blue screen of death errors. I tried updating the drivers, making sure all components in the case were securely tightened and tried updating windows and nothing worked. I spoke to cyberpower and they told me it was definitely a hardware issue not software. They said it seemed like a faulty video card. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because it really is a shame. Hoping to exchange out my unit with Bestbuy and receive a new functioning one before returning it.

Seems to run hot and the fans are super noisy. Otherwise, seems to work fine.

It’s alright I just check and you can get this much cheaper with a better gpu and cpu if you can look hard enough

If I could offer a final word of advice to those looking to buy a gaming PC - do yourselves and your wallets a favor, and DONT purchase this PC. I went out of my way to save up for this computer, which has decent specification given the price offered. Something seemed off about this PC the moment it launched. I was only able to get about 6 months of gaming out of this PC before the graphics card started malfunctioning and consistently crashing. I took excellent care of the computer and stored it properly.

Like many others, I was excited too. There appears to be a problem with the GPUs during manufacturing, causing issues with the display. I bought a brand new compatible monitor that worked with another similar PC and it would not work on this PC (exact same specs). If I was lucky, I saw a blurred/pixelated screen. I tried to troubleshoot, but there was no fix. I have an appointment with geek squad. I will update this review once I receive new information.

Worked for a day before it completely died. Took it to Geeksquad and they looked at it for a couple minutes, gave up and recommended I get a different model. VERY annoying to deal with to say the least, especially in the age of high end graphics cards selling out within minutes. I waited an extra week to receive this computer and it worked for a day and I had to wait another month for its replacement. Garbage.

Still going strong today, has had a couple of hiccups but has done quite nicely over the years.

works great! super fast. loving my new pc. the rtx 3060 is a beast for gaming and streaming. value for the money is great on this build. 10/10!

The budget on this pc is fairly nice. An RTX3060 And a Ryzen 5 3600 is an amazing combination. I've ran multiple games at ultras graphics smoothly such as COD & Valorant at 140-240+ FPS. The Keyboard is not too hot. It is membrane so not good at all. The mouse is weighted and actually fairly decent. MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS PC: The cooler is significantly loud, I'm sure you've heard this over tons of reviews. It differs on what game your playing. But my PC has never overheated but just got loud. Can't hear it outside of a closed door but definetely in a room. I am going to eventually try swapping it but we will see. Overall if you wear headphones and don't have anybody in the same room you game with possibly sleeping or trying to focus I would'nt get this other then that it's amazing for its price and the way it runs.

Came working perfectly fine up to boot and was at an amazing price point during this time where scalpers mark up 2x the msrp on GPUS. Fan is a little noisy though like the others have said.

Great buy for pricing. Total upgrade from my last rig and runs fine. I would say that the fans are a bit loud but there is no internal overheating so I'll take it.

Perfect gift the fans are a little noisy but I can run pcvr games at 100 FPS almost 24/7 great choice

The computer came exactly as how it was shown and no problems upon opening. This computer is really good for gaming and was worth the investment. 10/10 I would recommend this company.

I love this desktop! Its not only great but its aesthetically pleasing as well. The price isn't bad either.
