I’ve had the PC for a few months now, everything’s great. Only issue was that the ram cards were loose inside when I got it and the glass piece for the case is chipped in the corner.

I purchased the CyberPowerPC (Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT - 1TB SSD) on 4/15/21. After purchasing it I tried setting it up - it would not turn on, the HDMI connection didn't work on a tv. Had it examined at a Geek Squad appointment - at which time, using a VGA connection, it started up and displayed for a short period of time on the monitor. They believed it was due to possibly having an tv that couldn't handle this. Since it seemed to be working, I took the pc home and then tried using it over the course of a week. It would start up, display on a newly purchased monitor, then blank out. Attempts to trouble shoot this were unsuccessful, even when remotely accessing it online and updating all drivers. I even purchased a higher end display port cable to see if there was an issue with the cord. Which was not the case. The online and over the phone customer service were an extremely unrewarding experience. I made another appointment and made it with the Geek Squad at another Best Buy location. The PC would no longer display with HDMI or VGA input. The recommendation was to return this pc since it was within the window for a full refund. This experience was frustrating but the return after the initial mishaps were easy. However, I then purchased another model cypberpowerpc from - CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD - Black. This pc did not even turn on or display, the only image rendered was gigabyte motherboard. I then had to return this pc. Unlike last time, this experience was extremely poor. They recommended the follow - - purchasing an HP omen for $1700, which was $400 more than the previous pc - recommended making a custom built pc in house at bestbuy, but there were no parts available so I should try back again sometime in the future No offer was made to help get a replacement for this pc so I didn't have to go through the process of search daily for it to come back in stock. As I said before leaving, this was one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had with any company. This entire process took many hours and I am still in the process of trying to get another pc.

Product was ordered online, came quickly and as described.

So far, so good. Everything arrived very well packaged and only took around 4-5 days to arrive. Everything worked straight out of the box. I checked over all the cables and made sure everything was connected before turning on. This can easily be done by removing 4 small screws on the back of the panel to remove the glass on one side and the black panel on the other side. I would recommend doing this before initial start up. The cable management was a little messy but too be expected. Obviously seen a lot of complaints about the power supply units in CyberPowerPC prebuilds. Mine came with a Thermaltake Smart Series 600W 80+ Gold for reference. I don't plan on overloading this PC but I would imagine an upgrade will be necessary down the road. Overall, it seems well built out of the box. It does run a little loud during gaming but it's not unbearable in my opinion. Lots of different RGB options if you're into that. It's definitely nice to look at.

Best performance to price ratio in this current market for a pre-built. 4.5 stars because CPU cooler is way too loud and is incredibly cheap.
