Overall a good starter pc. CPU is a little underpowered. But generally good performance

Pros: cheaper to build through cyber power compared to Newegg and building it myself. Name brand parts. Research each part Take advantage of the deals Monday and Friday are the best to me (double ram days) Use the cyber power pc forums. Made my one change super easy Major brand ram is Adata Shipping actually came in 2 days compared to the 5 day ground shipment choice that I choose. (Box was in great condition when it arrived) also came with the foam insert inside of the case to protect parts I did not pay extra for this) Pc came with all updates done which was nice and not what I was expecting after reading reviews. Cons:

The first PC I received had a dead GPU but Best Buy let me easily exchange the entire PC for another one. I was just lucky they had one in stock. After I received my second one I had no issues. The 8gb of no name Ram isn’t great but with how cheap memory is at the moment for under $100 you can throw 16 gigs of 3200mhz in and have a really nice PC that runs nearly everything with ease. It’s cheaper to buy and slightly upgrade this pre built than it is to build at the moment

Amazing performance, this desktop is amazing for gaming runs every single game I own even more recent titles. Only issue i had was one fan wasnt spinning but i took it to best buy and geek squad and best buy fixed it for me for free. I recommend also getting one more 8gb stick of ram as it makes the pc so much faster even faster than it is already. This pc is an amazing choice for anyone who wants to game do work or do anything you need this pc is up to the task!!

The packaging was nice and secure, and the setup was extremely easy. The keyboard and mouse work great also! Great for the price, very sleek, definitely recommend.

I actually didnt expect this PC to align with everything I needed especially with it being my first foray into PC gaming. Its as powerful as my Xbox Series X (if not more) & its definitely a workhorse in the audio editing realm. I'm not disappointed so far.

great buy for your money Posted 35 seconds ago After years of just using macbook, I bought this because I wanted a nice computer I could also game on. Definitely worth the price I'd say. I have no problem playing a variety of games from open worlds to FPSs and I can still use it for work purposes too. I love the RGB fans and lights and the keyboard it comes with is pretty good too! I don't use the mouse -- the side buttons are a bit hard to use if you're a woman or just have smaller hands but overall it's an amazing computer without having to spend 1000s!

Easy setup process. It truly was ready to play. The lights are a nice touch, great visuals. Runs great and it has room to add memory along other things.

Computer is super fast, plays COD and other current games at 144 FPS. For this price, it's a great buy.

This product came in the mail with very good protection and protective foam on the inside. For the value of this product, it is well worth it if this is the price range you are looking for. I was very satisfied with its cool looks and easy to use LEDs. One thing I was very impressed by was how the computer came with a keyboard and mouse I would actually use because of its gaming looks and features. The only problem I had was the shipping foam bent the cables towards the GPU fan after a minute or two of bending it back it worked out perfectly though.

Really nice, affordable for the specs, and quality boutique PC vendor. Shipping is very fast if you're in Cali, and especially if purchased from Amazon, Costco, etc. Generously padded box (even on the inside of the case!). Nice cabling and brand-name components, and in my experience runs like a champ. Zero bloat, easy updates. Generous free peripherals that weren't too bad. Building your own is a good deal... if you can get parts at MSRP. But considering the hassle saved, I'd consider a pre-built even in the future, and definitely recommend.

I got this pc recently upgrading from a laptop. This was a very good purchase. It runs great on most games and so far I haven't gotten any issues. If you do get this pc I recommend buying an extra stick of ram. It was easy to install.

I purchased this PC because I couldn't stand using my Macbook Pro for college assignments daily. I was hesitant about buying it because I have heard bad reviews about pre-builds. However, I won't be using the PC for gaming (maybe very mildly) but I will be using it daily for university research, essays, etc. Overall, I recommend this pre-build for people who will be using it for work or school as it is a fast desktop (PC/Computer) and its response is quick and it does not lag. You can shut off the LED lights on the top of the unit as well as change its color(s) and mode (fade, blink, rotating lights). The keyboard is okay, I opted to buying a gamer keyboard but kept the cyberpower wired mouse that came with the purchase. In conclusion, I love this PC and the functions and quality of it, again, I recommend it as a starter.

This was by far the best priced PC anywhere on the internet. It has great backbones and definitely will recommend this to any of my friends who are looking for a great gaming pc. I went and purchased 24GB more ram (3 8gb DDR4 3000) from Crucial to make it that much better. I bought the exact ram that they put in the PC to avoid any kind of incompatibility issues.

Absolutely amazing PC! Really great for newcomers! It's also good if you do not want to spend too much money but still want a fast-running and aesthetically pleasing computer. I do not think anyone would be disappointed!

I recently purchased the: CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 2TB HDD + 240GB SSD. In terms of positives, this PC runs very well, the mouse and keyboard are nice, and in general it runs well. I plan on getting an improvement in RAM by buying 8 GB in the near future. It runs games well, but I also don’t play on highest graphics and really push the power to the maximum, so I cant say much on how well the highest performance games run, but everything I ran worked smoothly. My biggest problem was that windows did not come preactivated and I had to contact CyberPowerPC for a windows activation key, which really should not be an issue. However, after a day I received the key and the issue was solved. For me personally I didn’t like having to run into an issue with windows, which is really my only complaint. Fan noise can sometimes be an issue for me but it never really was that bad, but just something to be aware of. When youre playing a game you will not hear the fan, which is a positive. I am rating 5/5 because I have not had any performance related issues with this PC. The windows activation rating means I would probably rate 4.5/5 because I didn’t like to deal with this issue right away especially for something as important as windows, but it resolved well in the end. I have had this for only a few weeks so its still early, but I don’t have problems with it right now.

Got this PC about a week after my order, very satisfied since. I only upgraded the ram to a 16gb corsair kit and it has run every game I very well. Lots of room in the case to add stuff if you wanted to, cable management is satisfactory. Considering the market for GPUs and PC parts in general right now, this is a great deal. Only knack I can give this really is I had to change the boot drive in the bios at first and how it only comes with 8gb of ram. Other than that, great product

This PC caught my eye as something that would replace my older CyberPower as a video editing PC. I am proud to say that it does that plus I now will take up gaming. This PC is so fast and powerful, I love using it.

We got his gaming PC for our 17-year old son who is into PC Gaming (Minecraft and Fortnite mostly). He was blown away by the specs, along with the features (plus the cool color-changing lights around the cooling fans). The PC runs anything he throws at with no hesitation or lag of any kind. Setting up this PC was super simple and effortless. No issues at all on intial startup nor with running anything. No blue screens, no errors, no freezes. PC works perfectly fine. Highly recommended.
