So far I've had this pc 6 months, and I'm happy with my purchase. I bought it as a 2020 doorbuster for $650, it would cost over $1800 to build a comparable system in the current market. Ram upgrade is probably a good idea, I went with 32 GB 3200. It has no issues with the current games played on it. Cable management could be better, but it's not terrible. Good system.

Amazing Gaming PC! Great for battle royals. I get 100-144fps on apex ultra settings 98-120fps on warzone on high settings and 144fps on fortnight on high settings the Ryzen 5 3600 is really the icing on the cake as its future proof. And the rx580(8gb) is a great GPU, specially during this Graphics card shortage. High textures are a breeze with this system. Coupled with the B450 motherboard id say this is the ideal starter high end pc for the price, as well as an upgradable PC.

My 9 yr old loves this PC!! Perfect for school and gaming. I would give it a 5 star if It had a camera. Other than that it’s a great starting PC for kids.

I've been using a laptop for years and decided to get back into the desktop when my laptop started crapping out. Loving this new system. Fans are super quiet and I like the changing colors. I did upgrade the ram from 8g to 32g. Recognized it and is working like a charm right out of the gate. Loaded some games that were crashing on the laptop and they played great! If you're a beginner to this, I definitely recommend this pc. Good right out of the box and upgradeable.

Great gaming PC, the RGB lights make it even better. This PC can pretty much run anything, from small games like Left for Dead 2 to Fallout 76, which is impossible to run on console. Overall, a great PC.

Got the PC, set it up and Windows won't activate and no key on device error. Contacted CyberPower Support, told wait time was 3 minutes, more like 19 minutes. The one tech who had access to Win10 keys was not available. Sent email to support and within 24 hours, key was provided and activated. PC overall is what I expected (great gaming/graphics) but keyboard and mouse weren't all that so won't be using. Very happy with how PC runs and good support from CyberPowerPC overall.

By far my favorite and most definitely worth the money. I use this pc every day and it has help me a lot.

The price of this system is phenomenal for what you get. i love the aesthetic of the system as a whole and how vibrant the fan colors are like they looks amazing. The system can get a little loud at times with the fans but nothing as bad as your dads windows xp would do. It runs games wonderfully and I can enjoy most of them at high- to max settings. All in all a great system, I would recommend to anyone!!!! (PLUS FREE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE)

Solid machine at a decent price point. It sure is pretty to look at too. I am a musician running Cubase. It works smoothly and fast. I got the game Sekiro- Shadows die twice, because, what the heck, it's a gaming machine. It rocks. I had to get support to send me a windows activation code, but not a biggie, as you can use windows pretty well without one.

We purchased two of these and one of them works great so far! I love the mouse with all its extra buttons and the light up keyboard is super nice. I love that I can look inside to inspect the fans whenever I want. Plays Elder Scrolls Online like a dream. Unfortunately the other one came with a busted graphics card so we had to return it, but that was easy enough. If you leave a review, they send you a free mouse pad, so that's cool too. (;

A great first PC for a teenage gamer. It's nice and powerful to run basically any game, and the flashing lights (which have different modes) are a fun addition, especially when he can see inside. Dara transfer was easy and it's straightforward to put together and troubleshoot. Overall, a solid buy as a PC, with fun extras that make it special.

Got this for our daughter who wanted to expand her YouTube channel to gaming, Casing to machine was little bent, getting it shipped instead of being able to buy at BestBuy directly pry caused it. Other then that machine is awesome and fast. Pry faster then my work machine. No lag when she plays games. She loves it. Great buy!

It's an awesome gaming PC. A bunch of the files have to be downloaded to the 2TB HDD so there is room on the C drive for programs and stuff but once you learn how to do it, it is very easy. This computer hates Windows 11. It downloaded Windows 11 on it's own and after 3 months I had to take it to get fixed but it shut down and wouldn't turn back on. It was stuck in a loading loop and I needed to have it reset back to Windows 10.

So far, so great! We were hopeful but didn't know exactly what to expect from this gaming PC. While it has only been in use for about 4 1/2 days, it works excellent so far. It's extremely quiet and fast. The LED lights are very cool as well. The only issue we have had so far is trying to add a second monitor. The computer isn't recognizing it. That's probably on our end (user error) and we'll keep trying.

We went to our local Best Buy store to look for a reasonably priced gaming desktop. The item we wanted was bought by the customer right in front of us and it was the last one (open box). We didn't want to order one so we just looked at their inventory. The specs on this one were good and the price was really good. Side note: we checked the local big box stores and online prices and there isn't really much variation in terms of price...basically you get what pay for. For example, the price of processors and rams were constant. the main thing that drive up cost is the graphic card. The desktop has been used for two days and no problem. It's able to play less intensive games from Stream. Good buy.

Very reliable and very fast, plus good storage. Great for gaming, and work.

This is my first gaming PC and overall it has been great. I upgraded the RAM right away, and had no problems installing it. The setup was quick and easy, and gave me no issues. I cannot get over how quiet the tower is. The mouse included has been great, but I do think I will upgrade the keyboard soon.
