    CyberPower Customer Services is Awful

    After much research and thought, my daughter pulled together myriad resources to invest in this PC. So exciting! And it started off strong, but the Windows 10 came with a bad activation code. No problem, I called CyberPower customer service, gave them the serial number off the back of the computer, and waited. 10 days later I get an email requesting an order number. Provided the same day. No response. I try calling them on several occasions. Guess what? This group is only available 8:30 am to 5 pm M-F, which happens to be when I am working also. No posted hours though. I found that out later. Despite that I make some time on lunch etc. and end up waiting for in the queue forever. I try on 3 different days. Finally, 3 weeks after we received the computer, I speak to an agent. He says, oh, the serial number is wrong so you have to go home, get the serial number again, and call us back again. Yeah, no way to get direct contact, you have to just wait in the queue again. No follow up. No apologies for the first agent who never finished working on our issue. Nothing. I am so frustrated!!! We will be returning this computer, much to my daughter's dismay. What a disappointment.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / REPAIRS

    WARNING: After spending this amount of money on a PC, you'd expect a reasonable time frame to get replacement parts or responses from their support team. Wrong, I'll spare you the details but its taken nearly 2 months to get a replacement glass cover delivered. Out of all the companies I've worked with in the gaming space, these are the worst. The computer works fine, but so do all their competitors, buy from different company. Imagine not being able to use the computer because it took 3 months (and 2 broken upon deliver replacement parts) to get back up on running. Absolute joke.

    a good pc i am just not having luck

    I give this pc a 2 star because i got this pc as a Christmas gift. I honestly loved this pc until today which is the 4th day of having it and it starting making a grinding noise and it only happens when I open up games and happens for a second when I first turn it on.it honestly would have been a 5 star if I didn't have this problem. Sounds to me that the bearing on one of the fans is already loose!

    worked fine for a few days I wanna say then it started blue screening when I ran Valorant then when I updated windows it blue screened even more all these issues really make wanna go back to console I'd never have these problems if I bought a ps5
