    Would not recommend. Suppose to be brand new. I unboxed it, hooked up the hdmi from graphics card to monitor. No signal. I try the other monitor plug and wasn’t getting signal either. I read reviews. A lot of good vs bad. But mine came dead on arrival. I think a lot of them that is dead is recirculating through the warehouse without being repaired. Took to geek squad and they told me they couldn’t work on it bc cyberpower took their contract away. I would avoid if possible and get something else. Haven’t had a pc in years and paid 900+ for it to be dead and now I have to go through this big hassle of returning it and them taking money from me just to return it. Which shouldn’t be the problem in the first place.

    DO NOT BUY! Bsod!

    Decided to purchase and give this computer a chance after reading many recent reviews with most all have blue screen issues. Got it home and of course mine has the same issues. Constantly blue screens of death after I even updated everything and ran every diagnostic. Back to the store it goes. Do not buy this PC.

    PC restarts without warning

    I bought this prebuilt for my fiance as a starter into gaming. She loves the ease of rgb settings, but this computer will SHUT DOWN and RESTART without warning. First thing I wondered was if it was a ram problem, but the load would be at hardly zero with the computer shutting down again. I have not messed with any BIOS and overclocking. I believe the problem is the PSU, and no it's not plugged into a power strip. Stay away from this company, they use cheap parts!

    GPU and Display do not work out of box

    Sadly was excited for this PC and it came in via mail. Booted it up and turned out the motherboard display port and GPU display ports were completely dysfunctional and they were unable to repair it at Best Buy, so I was unable to use it or replace since they were out of stock. Wish things could have ended up better but be careful to check all display ports if you are able to get one.

    had it for a solid we try to turn it on and there was no power everything turned on and no power, ran really nice, started up quick,open stuff quick but after a week of it working it stopped bad quality
