Great System
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far it has handle every game i have played in it. Fast and quiet.Plenty of storage. It was such a great computer that i ordered a second unit for my 13 year old that is a gamer and she loves her new computer. She plays more demanding games and she has no problem running any of them. This system was cheaper to buy already built than building our own. I would recommend to anyone.

Easily one of the best prebuilds at the moment
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In a time when PC parts are becoming increasingly harder to come by, I found this great CyberPowerPC. It comes with an abundance of storage and a noteworthy Ryzen CPU. The only thing lacking is the ram but that takes me to my next point, this pc is easily upgradeable. You can easily add more ram or swap out parts. Investing in this pc is like investing in yourself.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it yesterday. so far, I'm loving it! The fact it passed the steam VR tester thingy makes it more unbearable. The graphics are absolutely marvelous. I upgraded the sticks of ram to 16GB. if you are planning to buy a VR-ready pc, fast pc, or anything in general. I'd say "Go for it"

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this PC on a whim since I needed a 2nd PC. On the first day the powersupply took a dump. Took it back to best buy and upgraded to a better one and the PC runs amazing. Its super quiet and the graphics are amazing. For the price point I am very satisfied. It also looks cool and my daughter loves it since she can see all the details in her gaming.

Great Christmas gift!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gave this as a gift to my grandson today for Christmas. Set up was easy and he was up and running in no time. I did upgrade the ram from 8 to 16, and that was about as easy as you would hope. I think this will be a great beginner system for a young player. And he loves the RGB!

Good value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very solid setup that runs every game very smoothly. I am going to get a couple ram sticks to upgrade but it's no big deal. I see people complaining about the wifi but I have a feeling they didn't screw in the antenna that came with it. I had that same problem but once I screwed it in it works smoothly. Great starting PC overall.

Great pre-build for first time PC Buyer
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made the upgrade to 16 gb ram immediately for my gaming goals. Other than that, everything works great right out the box. Don't be dumb like me and not realize the motherboard came with wifi antennas. Definitely have to screw those in for the range. With the recent chip shortage (early 2021) and hard to find GPUs, this was great value.

Beautiful RGB
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just received this computer today. My wife is teaching from home during the Covid pandemic and the home computer would not turn on this morning. This computer fit our families word processing, web surfing, gaming, and audio/video/image editing needs. Setup was easy. The computer looks fantastic and is handling my software well so far.

had to replace parts 3 times in 1 year
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.finally feel like its an appropriate time to write this review, since ive had this pc for a year now. this is my first gaming pc, since i didnt feel confident enough to build one on my own. this prebuilt isnt TERRIBLE, but i dont think id recommend it to anyone. within TWO months of me owning it, the power supply failed and i had to pay near 400 to get it replaced and have best buy install it for me (which i regret but i didnt feel confident in my abilities to do it myself). after 6 months, i realized there were certain games i couldnt run because 8 GB of RAM is really the bare minimum nowadays and games coming out now are starting to require 16 GB (i couldnt run DEATHLOOP or Half Life: Alyx until i was able to buy more RAM. i got the CORSAIR - VENGEANCE RGB PRO SL 16GB (2PK x 8GB) 3200MHz DDR4 C16 DIMM Desktop Memory if anyone is interested in upgrading as well. probably the easiest thing to replace in a prebuilt). and finally, after a year, the thing that made me come back and write this review was my SSD failing, which was such a headache because i'm not as computer savvy as some other people might be, and took me a week to figure out that the reason my computer was stuck in a bootup loop and was extremely slow was because my SSD failed (my Windows install was on it) one day when I hadn't even been at home using my PC. once i figured out what happened, i bought an M.2 SSD as opposed to a SATA one that this came installed with. essentially had to teach myself how to remove the old SSD (the WD one under the hard drive in the case), and install the M.2 one on the motherboard (the manual tells you where the slot is. i believe its above the graphics card for this pc) which was SUPER nerve-wracking (the space is narrow because its right between the CPU fan and the graphics card, the screw from the standoff is really small and hard to hold onto, almost lost it a few times which would have been game over if i couldnt find it again, also had to make sure i was grounded anytime i was about to touch the motherboard). the M.2 SSD i got as a replacement was the Samsung - 970 EVO Plus 1TB PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology, which runs so much more beautifully than the old SATA one. ALSO, remember to frequently check to see if you need to update your AMD graphics driver because there were multiple times i forgot to, ended up with an old version that would make my PC crash until uninstalled the driver completely and reinstalled via the website. VERY annoying. i feel like im being generous with this rating to be honest since I've had to replace parts in this prebuilt 3 different times within a year, but 3 out of 5 i guess.
