We just bought this computer, as our previous ones are acting like they are on their last legs. The box had good protective packaging, and was fully intact. All the contents were there and the process to get everything set up was straight forward. The system is very quiet. It really only took about 30 to 40 minutes from start to finish to have everything up and going. The lighting is really pleasant, so if you are into colorful lighting, this is a neat plus. I really enjoy the fact that I didn't have to do to much to get things going. I already had a monitor, webcam, and such things ready, so it was just getting everything together. So far, we feel like it really was money well spent!

I've had this PC for about 4 months its a really good affordable PC to start off with so far I haven't had a problem with anything it runs all of my games no problem and is overall a great PC

Great buy! Can't build a pc with the same parts for anywhere near the cost and the layout is very easy to modify and upgrade from the get go!

I really like this pc. It was easy to set up and even came with a keyboard and mouse. It does not have crazy lights and is very quiet. I changed out the ram that was the only change I needed.

It's a great PC, The Graphics are amazing and this PC can also easily be upgraded too! Overall good but I would also mention that you can replace the RAM with new ones, it would make it way more better

This PC packs exceptional value in today's market. The RX 580 GPU has acceptable performance with all games out there today. However, a significant issue is the memory, you will need to add an additional stick of 8gb ram for optimal performance, and to reduce issues caused by maxing out the memory. For the best value, purchase this PC when it is on sale.

Very easy setup. Doesn't take long at all to complete the initial updates. Runs all the applications smoothly. Graphics card is very good. overall I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

Computer looks great and performs even better! Beyond excited to give it a go. Plan on upgrading the RAM to 16gb at some point but other than that the thing runs like a beast as far as I can tell.

Great PC overall would 100% recommend to a friend. Great value for what you get and better than building your own PC. Gonna definitely upgrade the components later on but it runs smoothly.

Inexpensive beginners gaming pc. Love the ability to change the colors and it's very quiet. Shipping did take longer than expected.

I bought this PC for my boyfriend a little over a month ago as a surprise for our 3 year anniversary. He absolutely loves this PC, and he is overjoyed that he now has his very own gaming PC. The computer functions smoothly and runs any game we played so far very quickly. I've come to enjoy a lot of his games as well, and we love playing them together (while I borrow his brother's PC, I might need to make another purchase in the near future). He wanted something that is basic and runs shooter games like Apex Legends, it's perfect for him! I recommend this PC to anybody who recently started gaming or wants to purchase their first gaming PC.

Have two of these and have no complaints. We did end up increasing the ram butvither than that the unit runs without any hiccups.

I've purchased this for my cousin who got into streaming her games. Fortunately, she decided to swap from console to PC to broaden the types of games she could stream and play. Upgrading from her low end laptop, this was a major upgrade. Though the GPU is less than ideal since it is one of the older GPU's, it does wonders for the types of games she wants to play and stream. It's been an amazing upgrade and computer for her and I highly recommend this for anyone getting into PC gaming now. If you could wait while the GPU craze goes down, then I wouldn't get this PC, however if you're impatient and want a new computer, this is the one to go for.

This computer is good! It does everything I need it to do. I upgraded the RAM just to give it a bit more boost but it's nice.

I just received this computer in the mail yesterday. It runs super fast and looks amazing. However, the connection for the RGB lights is horrible and I had to fix it within 4 hours of owning the computer. I actually bought it to replace my one year old Mac that became an aluminum paperweight and so far it is doing all the tasks that that computer would do flawlessly and works great for gaming so far. I wish it had more RAM though and came with an RGB keyboard as I ended up getting a different one for it.

Was great and easy to set up! However, a few weeks in, my computer constantly kept giving me BSODs. It came to the point where I would be nervous to even play video games in fear that it would crash and lose all my progress. I contacted tech support and they helped me the best they can, but I figured it would be easier to just return and exchange the computer for one of another brand. Apparently a lot of people have had this issue as well. Other than the frequent, annoying crashes, the PC was everything you needed it to be for its price. Too bad, it was fun while it lasted!

This pc has great performance. It can run all the games that I play and it runs them which high FPS. Definitely recommend for this price.

Took a chance on this brand and build. I am completely satisfied. I can mine cryptocurrency and game at the same time. Its nice having a real quality machine for a change. This is my second most enjoyable purchase. My Suzuki gsxr is my first, nothing like flying! 10/10

This is a great first time pc. I am very happy with mine. All I had to do was add an extra 8 gigabyte stick of ram. And I was able to play any game. 10/10 would recommend.
