I was looking for a complete computer like this. Today it is difficult to find parts and graphics cards. The computer runs pretty well and nothing is wrong with it. Very cool LEDS inside of it. I'll recommend it to my friends.

One of the best gaming desktops for cheaper. Fast working and I love the lighting program used to create the outside colors.

Is not how advertised, have just picked up the setup today and noticed one thing right from the start. The graphics card IS NOT an amd rx 580. It's actually a XFX rx 580. Somewhat along the same caliber but to some reviews shows that the card has a decent chance on kicking the bucket after a month. Aside from that I haven't been able to confirm just yet if it's even an AMD processor yet or if anything else the item details claim are even accurate. I got this as a strong entry level pc for all the things it came with, but if I'm noticing these things from the beginning before even turning it on, you are almost entirely better off ordering the parts from scratch and assembling yourself, or hiring someone to assemble for you if you aren't comfortable with it. By what I've seen it's not entirely bad by any means, but if you're a stickler for the phrase "mean what you say" just as I am, and don't like being mislead my wrong item details like me, then I cannot recommend safely to another person. But if you don't mind this change of item too much at all, then it's still a pretty good deal to get your foot in the door.

Got exactly what was advertised. No bloatware, clean build, quiet, quick and easy setup. For the price I really have 0 complaints.

I am super excited to start gaming on this new console. I was shocked that the keyboard and mouse came with the modem, but I'm not complaining! I was so happy they did because I left the store without buying a new mouse and board because I was in a hurry. I ordered this online and was just looking for another console to replace my busted laptop. Everything was in tacked when I opened the box and I am very pleased that my order arrived on time and I didn't have to wait because of delays due to covid.

Like many others, the system was incredibly unstable when I first purchased it. Constant random restarts. I reached out to tech support and did not get a response for NINE DAYS. Remember, you only have 15 days to return the product. Now during these nine days I researched everything and fixed the problem myself (Bios updates. Reseated the RAM. Unplugged and replugged all power supply chords, etc.) and advised the initial reply that I had already found and fixed the problem with no help at all from them. Their next response took another 10 days. Meaning if I hadn't of taking initiative and mad scientisted the whole thing, I would of missed my return window and been out a lot of money on a broken system.

Really good PC build during all this Covid19 stuff, tried to plan my own build but got stuck at graphics cards. The Rx 580 8G is old but it still hold up really well and can play all my games over 60 fps, The Ryzen 5 3600 CPU is what I wanted in the first place, so i am happy i went with this computer. One thing I would suggest is to upgrade to 16GB RAM and maybe add a 500 GB M.2 or standard SSD.

I was looking into building and also looking for a good prebuilt gaming PC that is powerful enough with room to upgrade and my two weeks research and reading ends here. Finally a PC that fits what I am looking for and really happy with the Purchase. I mean, this thing is FAST and no issues in running games. Front USB was not working but I fixed it by unplugging and plugging back the cable to the board. Must have gotten detached during transit. Anyway, my 13 year old daughter is very happy so I am happy.

Just got it, Seems to be running fine. Had a little issue when it first started up seem that the graphic card wasn't connected correctly so I had to call support.

Great pc! Wonderful specs. Can do great hardcore gaming without breaking the bank! Super fast. And great tech support!

Not bad for the price I haven’t had any hardware or wiring issues since I bought it, good work on the builders part. I am currently trying to swap the power supply inside to Handle the new gpu I’m about to buy, and it’s not easy to access as the psu shroud seems to be held in by some sort of clip Screws but other than that not bad.

This computer is awesome and not overly expensive so i'm glad that i got it. for my first gaming computer, its perfect!

Just received this PC, and it is awesome. I was a little bit worried it wasn't going to be as good as I wanted it to be, or that I'd run into some of the minor issues others did, but so far its running great! It's running Valheim and the VR games I purchased it for smoothly. Also the fact that you cant find a good graphics card right now and this one comes with a solid one for a reasonable price is sweet. I will update at a later time if I ever run into any issues.
