great product works perfectly. runs all the games I need with no problem plus comes with a good mouse and keyboard.

Great price & very quiet! Searched everywhere for a pc that I didn’t need to build & came across this & glad I purchased!

Box arrived in good shape and on time. All items in order were in good shape. Instructions were clear on setting up. Unit booted and windows was good. Ran some 3d Mark benchmarks and unit was in the top 20 %. Hardware is good value for 2021. Should have two channel ram rather than one stick of ram. Needs more information on case for future upgrade to hardware.

The purchasing process was pretty straightforward, as the machine I bought was pre-assembled. My computer arrived fully assembled and packaged in one box, including keyboard and mouse. Understandably, the postal carrier had to make sure I was home to receive the package. Everything inside was in great shape, and it works fine right out of the box. Just a quick installation of the windows client that came with it, and I was right to work on this bad boy!

I recently purchase a cyberpower pc only a couple of days ago. I got it on short time notice, when compared to other components I order. I think so far its been an okay product. For around 850 you'll get what you pay for. However I do think its lacking when it comes to ram. It's comes with only one stick of ram. I think they atleast get two sticks. But you could always upgrade. Besides that I think its been an okay product, 6.5/10.

I love the PC! I needed to update and decided to just start over from scratch because everything I had was out dated. I looked around comparing and decided on this one. It looks great and, so far, has ran beautifully. The only issue i found was that the PC didn't have instructions for changing the color of the internal fans, mouse, or keyboard but it didn't take much to figure it out. You will, however, probably need to install additional RAM.

Bought for my 11 year old son to play games. He has no complaints. Computer runs fast and was easy to set up.

This is my 2nd of these systems in less than a month due to a defective power supply. I'd had the computer not even a week and the power supply blew. When I went for my geek squad appointment, they said since it was under the "return" window, they could not fix it and that I could only do a refund or exchange. I chose exchange for the exact system I had as I got a very good deal on it and it has everything I wanted. The sales lady was extremely rude to me and made it seem like I was wasting her time because my power supply blew. This computer is for my daughter's home schooling needs and because of this power supply issue, we have been another 2 weeks without a computer. If this next system, which is due to be delivered in e days, is defective too, I will pay to get it fixed by someone else and take my business elsewhere. The geek squad people were very polite and understanding and extremely helpful. The lady at the register was extremely rude and that gave me a sour taste for the Northlake store!

This is a very good prebuilt PC for getting into PCs. The only thing about this model is it could use more RAM but that is an easy fix.

When I purchased this pc I knew I'd have to add ram and eventually update the graphics card to get the full gaming PC we needed. Over all it's a great setup and has ran a lot of the newer games releasing including Outriders. If you don't customize your own pc this is a great option to buy and upgrade gradually when you have the funds.

I bought this pc and got it the first day. I love it. It is fast good graphic and overall awesome!

Great when I first got it it did run kinda warm but happens but few weeks later it shut off out of nowhere and would not turn back on I think the power supply went but I have it at bestbuy with them looking at it so I’ll update after I see how they treat the situation

I know that building a pc can be hard right now because of the whole pandemic so buying a prebuilt pc isn't a bad idea and BestBuy has a lot of options from CyberPowerPC with different prices. Although the only problem is when I booted it up I had windows 10 activation key error it was a problem at first but all I had to do was call Microsoft support and they help a ton otherwise it is a very good pc very worth your money.
