Best Buy Employees where very friendly when purchasing this PC. The PC itself is very User Friendly and really easy to Set-Up. 100% recommend picking up and extra stick of DDR4 since PC only comes with 8gb.

I bought this as my first gaming PC set up after playing strictly on consoles my whole life. This PC has been a great introduction and does everything I expect of it. Set up was easy and quick and the RGB lights look nice. The keyboard and mouse it comes with are good starters too. Overall a great value! The only (and relatively minor) negatives I had were: (1) The small RAM (I immediately upgraded to 16GB). (2) A minor wiring issue. A bundle of wires was skimming one of the GPU fans that caused a loud grinding when those fans would begin to run at start up and under load. I was able to fix by wedging a bit of electrical tape between the wires and the plastic GPU case to create space under the fans.

Great upgrade from the gaming laptop I was using. Very happy with purchase especially for the price. Ony con will be the ram that I am upgrading but didnt stop me from playing OW in 60+fps and 75mhz monitor.

Great pc for the price as it has a lot of storage and a great graphics card plus a keyboard and mouse come with it, making it a great deal for budget gamers.

This is my first Gaming PC experience and I am loving it! This is the perfect gaming pc for the type of games I play with a reasonable price tag. Highly recommend!

Fired up instantly and had no issues with it from the get go. I'd add another 8gig stick of ram but other than that you got yourself a pretty good starter pc.

Perfect pc to game on, very nice and good built pc. Would recommend upgrading ram to 2x 8gb for smoother gameplay but other than that pretty much perfect. Shipping was fast and the box was brand new.

This is my first PC and I couldn't be happier. I was on a tight budget and am very happy with the quality I got for the price. Set up was quick and easy, can't wait to see what all this baby can do.

so far this has been a good starter PC and was good to go out of the box. Only thing i recomend you change is the RAM, i added an extra 16gb of RAM that i bought here on best buy for about 90 dollars.

Really fast and amazing computer. Only problem is getting 2 monitors using hdmi to register. Bought for a graphic design business and im very pleased.

So far everything's great. We returned a different brand of computer after Christmas because it arrived damaged on the inside, and ordered this one instead. It much faster and my son's very happy with it.

Best PC ever. Don’t underestimate a pre built PC. Works very well and have not had any problems. Can play on high settings on games and doesn’t get too hot. Bought in October and it’s hold up just fine.

Great product! I was worried pre built pc will not be as good, but then after taking a heap of faith and getting this PC, my mentality changed! It runs amazing and smooth and never lags. Very worth it!!!

pretty solid starter pc. im able to run most of the games i wanted with little to no drops, ie apex, and R6. i do recommend upgrading ram though to 16gb, the leds are amazing and fans are silent

My daughter received this computer, keyboard, and mouse package for Xmas 2020. We have been impressed with the speed of the computer and the display of the colored light fan rings inside. The only complaint is that the mouse's top buttons were firmly pressed in after unpackaging and we could not fix them on our own. I first called Cyberpower customer service and after a 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and decided to email customer service with that complaint along with my receipt as proof of purchase. It has now been a week and no response...disappointing.

After a slight delivery delay, I finally received my CyberpowerPC! It came in simple packaging and very easy setup, games downloaded quick, and ssd boots within 10 seconds, best pc i've had in years!

The PC came in on time, and ready, make sure to read all the instructions, works really well, and is a great deal, allows for upgrades and modifications. I recommend this, they also make for great gifts.

Great entry level gaming computer. It might not have all the bells and whistles, but all my games are running with full settings, no glitches, and looks great. Even comes with a mouse and keyboard.

Absolutely love my new PC. The PC I received came ready out of the box and had excellent instructions. The packaging was also great and extra protective. But performance wise the computer is fast.

Good PC. Did have a windows 10 activation problem but I called CyberPowerPC customer support. After a wait on hold the representative send me an email and solved the product key issue very fast.
