I do not have much experience with gaming computers, but I am really loving how this runs compared to my old laptops. I don't play very intense games, and it has been running great. The only issue is straight out of the box, Windows 10 will not activate and I have been trying to contact their customer service on CyberPowerPC by email, and now on hold for 35 minutes on the phone. It looks like a common issue by google search, so this is frustrating.

Got this for my son! He says it has really fast read/write speeds as well as a powerful CPU/GPU combo!

Nice computer for the money. Ample storage for my audiophile husband, and he can also play games. I mostly surf the web, so it's more than sufficient. The lights are an added touch.

I have now bought 2 of these towers. I've been pleased so far with the performance other than the issue with Windows 10 declining to activate because it says it has no product key. Not sure if its a bug or someone in the factory is slacking off. Going to contact customer support in hopes that they can give me a product key. Both my kids have matching computers so no jealousy issues, the upload time for games like Roblox is awesome, its upgradeable and you can't beat the price! I would highly recommend this for a first time gaming computer.

This gaming desktop from CyberPowerPC has to be the best purchase that I have made to date due to it being amazing and excellent. The inclusion of 8GB of VRAM on the graphics card + the 2TB HDD is what makes it stand out from the rest of the other computers, including the CPU which in this case is powerful enough to last many years to come. One of the best things about this type of desktop is the space and cable management inside the case, it is overwhelming when I first took a look at it, really amazing on their end. I would highly recommend this PC to someone getting started on gaming on pc, cheap price, amazing components and is able to run modern games of current times.

Very great value. I have purchased 3 of these. I for myself and 1 for each of my children. I had to add more RAM but still a great value.

Just setup. Easy to unpack/setup. Lighting isn't too obnoxious. Fan noise about on par with my prior system, not quiet, not super loud.

Great PC runs pretty mutch everything i thow at it . the rx 580 is a great card . i put a few fans to help with airflow but overall the pc has good thermals highly recomend to new people

I received my PC on 4/5/21 and turned it on, everything was set up correctly but I had a broken/malfunctioning graphics card. I did not receive a new graphics card until 4/27/21 - now it works and seems to work well. Given that I have not had the machine up and running for more than 5 days this is the best review I can give it at this time. No I did not contact Best Buy to mail it back to them for a replacement, I got in touch with CyberPowerPC, and they needed reminding to get the the graphics card out to me.

My First gaming PC in about 10 years. So far I am having a great time with it. price is comparable to buying all components individually and assembling yourself. Great Value for the Price!

I bought this for my 11 year old for his first gaming pc. It perfect! Great speed for the cost. He is a Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft kid and it runs perfectly. Great buy!! He loves the lights!!

Purchased this PC for my 14 yr old son and it has exceeded my expectations! He does a lot of online gaming as well as school work. Would buy again, highly reccomended.

it has minor problems but very useful you can get plenty of apps and games on this pc and a great pick for a first PC

Purchased for my son to play Minecraft. Excellent quality, very low noise, handles 3D rendering without issue. I'm an IT professional but this is my first gaming PC experience. Very pleased.
