Some Quality Issues

Main issue was the video card driver would crash on a regular basis. Swapped in my old one and it was stable. Moved the 580 to different machine, and it started crashing again. Had a quick call with CyberPower and they quickly approved an RMA to get it replaced. A bit disappointed I need to pay for shipping to them especially since the machine is only 2 weeks old. Also the mouse that came with the system buttons were already stuck in the down position and cant get them to popout. I never planned on using it, but wish it were a bit better quality. Also, the 2TB is working well, but I have found no way to remove it from the case. It is completely jammed in there. Will probably have to break some plastic if I decided I want to ever update it. SSD above it comes out with any issues. I normally would have swapped it out with a new one, but they are all out of stock and have already added in additional RAM and NVME drive.

I'm impressed with how well it runs but I gave it a 3 star because when I first got it, it didn't work. I had to return it and wait for the new one to ship, but if it wasn't for that then it would've been a 5 star.
