I bought this pc around March 27th of 2021 hoping to get my streaming up but soon to realize it started having issues. For instance when I first got the pc it would flicker oh my monitor every now and then so I thought maybe I just need a vga cable or display port instead of my hdmi. Soon after I got my display port cable things went down hill from random freezes to shutting itself down. My pc is stuck in a “BAD SYSTEM CONFIG ERROR” and i can’t by pass it whatsoever. I tried resetting the pc to the repair starting windows and nothing. I even took out the cmos and the graphics card and put them back in and nothing. Before the bad system config error starting my pc has pixels everywhere and lines so it’s very hard to read the screen. I really was hoping to get into pc gaming too, it’s just unfortunate.

Good running pc, not loud, looks cool. Everything about it is smooth. Would recommend as a good pc to others!

My computer was incomplete out of the box! I thought the empty space visible in the side panel was room for expansion because the Best Buy page listed multiple internal bays in its "Expansion" section of its "Specifications" tab, but when I connected the tower to the television and turned it on, nothing appeared! The multicolored lights and fans turned on inside the tower, but the only change in my television display was the disappearance of the "No Signal" message! I checked other reviewers and some mentioned problems with graphics cards and connecting HDMI cables, and when I called Best Buy, an agent said that CyberPowerPC computers were sometimes sold without graphics cards, implying that this was a recurring problem. When I took it back to Best Buy for support, however, they told me that it didn't have a hard drive at all! I was sold an incomplete product! Thankfully, Best Buy allowed me to exchange it for another one that is scheduled to arrive at the store shortly (because a $100 clearance discount ended in the meantime, I had to pay $100 out of pocket with a promise to have it returned on arrival of the computer in accordance with the Best Buy Price Match guarantee). I hope the second try gives me a working computer; I don't want the saying "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" to apply to a purchase from such a reputable store as Best Buy. Another problem I noticed when trying to set up the computer was that it had one set of VGA and HDMI ports near the top of the back of the computer, but a sticker over them instructed me to not use those and instead use a lower-positioned set of HDMI and DisplayPort connections. Why include the former if they're not meant to be used? Shouldn't every port in the computer work as expected? My only positive remarks for this purchase were that the included wired mouse and keyboard appeared to work properly independently of the computer itself. The mouse, in particular, has the usual two buttons and scroll wheel, but also has two more top buttons to increase and decrease the DPI (which controls how quickly the pointer moves on the screen relative to the movement of the physical mouse), four side buttons (two on the top to go back/forward in File Explorer and Internet browsers, one in between those that simulates a double-left-click with a single click, and a lower button that I could hold down to greatly slow down the pointer movement for greater precision in situations such as playing games or editing images), built-in lights (multiple different colors, but only one at a time, and determined by your current DPI setting instead of changing colors), and removable miniature weights in the bottom to adjust the leverage of your mouse grip. I wish I could have kept the keyboard and mouse at least, but I returned them along with the nonfunctional computer. It's disappointing that the mouse turned out to be the only feature of my computer that I got to enjoy. As I mentioned earlier, Best Buy allowed me to exchange the computer for another of the same kind that is expected to be complete and work properly. At that time, I will either write a new review or update this one with my new experiences. However, even if the replacement works as described on the Best Buy page (all those amazing features at a discounted price of $649.99 was an incredible discovery!), it won't change the fact that the first one was a tremendous disappointment whose flaws could only be attributed to intentional human error. Bought December 9, 2020; returned December 24, 2020.

I absolutely love this PC. I bought it for my son as a christmas gift. It is super fast and extremely capable. Had an issue with the Windows not being activated and no digital licensing key in the motherboard. Made 1 call to CyberpowerPC and within 10 minutes we had the issue resolved. The HDMI output on the video card works great as my son has it hooked up to his 59" 4k tv. Extremely happy with the purchase and am seriously considering purchasing one for myself...

Best first pc runs great no sound like RGB trying to get into gaming I recommend this for people looking for a pc.

This is a very good budget PC. I use it and can so far play every game I want at ultra or high settings.
