This CyberPowerPC really is amazing right out of the box and looks beautiful, however, that was pretty short lived. After just a few weeks, the case lights went out. After searching for answers online, I contacted CyberPower's customer support to ask if maybe there was some shut off that I wasn't aware of. Their customer support is so AWFUL my mom could work there. "Did you push the button?" "Yes, I did." Fast forward a week later, "try installing this software" then crickets for another few days. I think I got a dud and while I would prefer to just swap this computer, the support is so bad that I just don't want to risk it. Sadly, It's going back.
