Great Gaming desktop for the price would recommend

Good and fast computer, goods colors and nice looking

Purchase was smooth and easy. PC came in great condition, everything was pre-attached and in excellent condition. Setup was very easy and performance is great. The only downside with this PC is that it has only one 8GB stick of RAM but you can just purchase another one. Overall, fantastic PC and I'm glad I purchased it!

Nice box. Works great. The only reason only gave it 4 stars is the fact that the only documentation that came with it was the ASUS motherboard user guide. There wasn't even a sheet that told me where to go online to download a manual

Picked mine up using curb side pick up and had a smooth experience. Packaged great and had no problems starting her up. Great starting gaming PC especially with the current market super high for individual parts. I do recommend the first upgrade being the Ram 8GB is not the best. Other then that, Love it!

I bought this game of for my kids and I had to return it on the second day because it was resetting and don’t let you do anything. I brought it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new one which is so far running pretty good my kids like it.

I purchased the desktop pc and was not sure what to expect. I did end up having to return it within the first 15 days and replacing for a new one because I was having some issues that were causing the computer to keep shutting down. It took about a week and a half to get the replacement because there were none in stock. After receiving the Windows would not allow me to activate because when the old one was taken back, the product key for Windows was not transferred or set up on the new pc. Because of this, I had to again go back to Best Buy so that this issue could be fixed. I have not had any issues since then which was about a week ago.

Computer is fast as advertised. Would get 5 star if customer service at store where purchased was better. Had issue with Windows Activation, but computer is functioning as it should.

I was pretty upset with the product I got two replacements within 4 days if receiving the pc and ended up having to replace the power supply unit other than that’s it’s been good.

This is my first gaming PC and for the value of it, I’d say it works great; however, I am very dissatisfied with the graphics card. I have had major issues with the GPU crashing, pixelating, and black/blue screens. It does not happen all the time, but it is very annoying when it does - especially considering the money I spent on this PC. I took it into geek squad to have them fix it, but the issue was not resolved. I feel that I may have a “lemon” GPU. I’ve also tried many of fixes that online forums say to try and it still does not work. Besides the GPU, everything else is great. I guess this is the gamble you face when buying a pre-built PC.

purchase today, was not booting properly and not recognizing drives in bios. However once i unplugged wires from SDD & HDD, it recognize right away and booted up just fine. Now writing the review for $10.00 amazon card.

READ ME!!!!! This computer isn’t worth it! It died within the first hour of use!!! All the one star ratings have the same problem. And all of those problems are exactly what happened to my computer! The graphics software is glitchy. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK AT A DIFFERENT COMPUTER

Overall, a great computer! The operating system was installed incorrectly and I had to spend several days contacting customer support to get that fixed, but other than that, the computer is now running really well!

Worth the buy , although i had to replace my psu after 5 months.. First pre built and definitely the last. I’d recommend saving and and building your own. It’s cheaper and you can get better parts.

I purchased this computer about a week ago and in my experience with computers over the years this is by far the best one I've had. I'm just getting into my own computer upgrading stint and find this computer a good start to do that. I do wish it came with a computer manual though.
