I have been in the market for a gaming PC and decided to purchase a CyberPower PC and I have been so pleased with my decision! The computer is a great looking machine and easy to use. I had an issue with Windows and needed to call CyberPower support and they were a huge help!

The staff at Best Buy was absolutely amazing at helping me with my product when I really needed it. The manager Ethan assisted me in getting my product to me for work in almost no turn around time. This PC's operating power is absolutely perfect for my business needs.

Bought this for my son at Christmas. From 12/25-1/12 it worked, but we had BSOD’s daily until i updated the drivers and mfst updates. Then they only occasionally happened. The last straw was the power supply went out and we were completely dead in the water. I called cyberpower pc and they were going to ship a new power supply, but it was going to take 5+ days. We.still had 3 days to return since the best buy return policy was extended for the holiday, so opted for that. Bottom line...not a good os build, and sub par components are used. If you get this because a low budget expect sub quality and you get what you pay for. We bought an hp omen desktop and i can already tell the difference in quality hardware and os build. It was more $$, but well worth the investment and headaches... I wanted to like it, but they are just not ready for prime time, and should invest in quality and consistency.

bought this as a gift for my bf. He loves it we just added more memory to it but overall a great buy! I knew nothing about gaming desktops but this is something special. Changed up the keyboard an added a mic. Overall would recommend as a gift to anyone.

This is one of the best PC that I ever had and is amazing for starters. This pc can run high frames and run stable frames on my 165hz monitor. This PC boots up so smooth and is quite. This PC also comes with a great keyboard and mouse that you can use for any game.

If you get this check to make sure 2 power runs are going to your video card. It was daisy chained from the factory and that was causing it to restart the pc. Other than that it's been working very well.

I bought this PC a few days ago. So far, it works well! No problems setting it up or using it. Like others have said, an upgrade on ram is recommended since it only has 8gb. But overall, it’s of really good quality. Would definitely recommend getting it for yourself.

Really saved me a lot of money trying to build a PC for video editing. Nice and quiet and really aesthetic too. Just upgraded to 16GB of RAM which I feel was the only spec that was lacking. I bought one 8gb stick and put it in the second channel and it works great.

Everything shipped fine besides the gaming mouse. The light changing button broke. I wish I would have spent a couple hundred dollars more for a some better specs. It’s a decent first computer though.

I paid for fast shipping and it still came on free shipping day, i paid for a service that wasn't provided, then when the pc arrived it was stuck on a boot loop, then after an hour it wouldn't turn back on, i called tech support, they couldn't help, so i decided to take it into a tech shop and the whole motherboard was fried and i had to get it replaced, with the new motherboard in the pc runs nice but they shouldn't be selling defective products.

We purchased this PC for our grandson for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! It only came with 8gb of ram and he has Call of Duty, so we had to purchase an addition 16 gb of ram so the game would not lag. Other than this, there have been no problems.

This was my very first gaming computer and it definitely did not disappoint! It runs my games perfectly! (Granted my games are Sims 4 and Danganronpa) It also installed apps very quickly. It may be a bit of money but it is definitely worth it all!

Still getting to know this product, but it all looks good and is operating well up to this point. Snazzy-looking, fast, no problems so far. Backlit keyboard and bigger mouse are nice touches.

It is the second time that I buy this computer, the first was a few months ago for my son because he wanted a gamer pc and he was fascinated with it, the second was to update my gamer pc, this is my 3rd cyberpowerpc and I am very happy with it.

Purchased over a year ago in March of 2021. Didn’t work properly during that year. A few times asked for help on it and got nothing but a “ah no it works just fine”. Now the geek squad is expired and my computer no longer works or even turns on… spent over $1400 on this thing. $1400 down the drain. Thanks a lot Best Buy for a non reliable computer that I need for work and a few of my games.

Computer works well for games. Lights are cool. Computer is fast. Only concern is having to reload sound card repeatedly to correct errors. Also, slight damage to box during shipping.

I've had a lot of problems with this computer save your money

My son knows more than I do about computers and he loves this one! It comes w all he needs to play his games and to upgrade all he has to do is upgrade the graphics card and not buy anything more! Which is so exciting being he loves technology!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased this computer for my son on March 13 and by April 6 it was fried. The power supply had gone out. We called CyberPower to get the part replaced and the process is extremely long and frustrating. It's been almost 3 weeks and still, no part. When you call, you have to hold for at least 30 min and the representatives aren't able to help with everything; so...you have to call back several times to speak to people with different abilities. I would stay away if I were you! These are poorly built and the replacement process is grueling.

Computer is well-built, and the cable management was done pretty well. Other then the usual Windows updates and a couple of missing drivers everything worked out of the box.
