Purchased Cyberpower PC from BestBuy although the PC it self did not have power after one month. BestBuy replaced the item I am trying out the second one and can up date later.

My dad loved it, nailed the looks and the really decent specs, would have wished for dual channel memory. But at this price point, with windows and wifi integrated, cannot complain at all!

This works well as is, especially for the price. This computer is fine for a basic, out-of-the-box gaming computer but if you plan to add anything, like another hard drive or external card, you might look for another model. I wanted to add my hard drive from my old computer but there is simply no room. I ended up laying it on the bottom of the tower. Otherwise, it's a decent computer. I had some issues with it spontaneously shutting down but that must have been software-related because it no longer does that.

this is my first ever pc and i just recieved it today and so far so good. everything seems to work and it feels good so it isn't fair to give it a score higher than 4 stars

So far, so good. Nice looking case and the lighting is great. Ryzen 5 is all i needed for mid range usage and the rx580 is decent although last generation tech.

This PC is great for gaming. We purchased this for my son for Christmas. The only downfall is how slowly the games load, but that could be partially due to the wifi connection.

Good Starter pc for gaming. Suggest getting another stick of ram as it only has one. Purchased 3600 ram but crashes when I enable xmp in bios so running at normal speeds.

Pretty good set up. I bought this for my son. They assume you’re going know how to put it all together since you’re purchasing a “build your own”. I did not.

I purchased this online and it came the next day! It runs games well, and looks awesome. It was recommended to me by a family member and I highly recommend it for anyone else!

Bought this for my kid's gaming set up. It works great out of the box except for the WiFi range which was horrible. But a quick purchas of a usc wifi card fixed the issue.

I am so please with how smooth my game play is now. It is amazing to log onto a game with out it stalling for minutes at a time. Being able to get the frame rates that allow me to raid and do other in game things with out lagging out.

Runs smoothly for the most part only had an issue with Warzone but that’s a rough run a pc regularly

I bought it for my son and he love it!!!! Ii don’t know much of gaming games? But my son YESS!! And if he is happy with the PC is because is GOOD!!! Not complains!!

My first purchase was had a graphic card issue, took it back and they where very pleasant and exchanged it for another one.... very please with my purchase so far...

I bought this for my son for Christmas. The idea was to get him a good having computer, but also one that he would use for remote learning since in-person school was closed due to COVID. After one week of use, the computer simply would not power on. After trouble shooting cords and power sources, it was clear that there was something wrong with the power supply or some other internal component. What was most frustrating was the lack of support from the manufacturer. I went to their site and tried each of the available methods for support. I NEVER got a response. Their phone support just dumps you into a voicemail. Nobody ever returned my call. Their online support allowed you to send email messages. Those were also never replied to. Thankfully, Best Buy is going to exchange it. Unfortunately, it will be a week before they get a new one in. And as far as recovering any data that was on the computer? That would cost $200. So after spending almost $800 on this, I got a commuter that worked nearly a week, we lost any data that was on it, and my son is now unable to do remote learning. And still not a word from the manufacturer.

Is a great PC, silent running and has insane loading times. Only problem I was the shipping date, but that wasn't their fault. Hope this one last longer then the last. Would recommend this to any first time buyer.

This system is very good! It is a beast when it comes to gaming. The powerful processor and graphics card pair well and is not bottlenecking. You can throw anything at the pc and the pc will run it perfectly.

had pc 4 days no problem running multiple intensive applications at same time powerfull pc woudl buy again at this point

My first pc ever it is amazing it works for gaming, working, and also live streaming it helped me build my community on twitch and youtube its a great above regular computer

Purchased for the offspring as a gift. So far so good; however, we are definitely planning to up the RAM. 8GB isn't nearly enough for his gaming needs!
