I purchased this pre-built pc due to the graphics card shortage making it more cost efficient to do so. Within the two months I have had it, the power supply and RAM both failed. While the PC is decent enough for the price, I can’t recommend it do to my personal experience with part failure.

It came pretty fast. it was assembled perfectly . i just finished setting everything up now its time to test this baby out and play overwatch.

I have fallen in love with my computer. This is my first gaming rig and even though I had to wait 20 mintues for help. The employee was helpful on which one to get and prompt in his manner of sell. :D

I loved this computer, I was a little nervous since it was my first gamer pc but I must say that he was very good, the computer was in perfect condition and no complaints are working very well.

I bought this for my daughter. Giving 4.5 stars because we had to return the first one. As of now,, haven't had an issue this time around.

i really like the pc and every is up to spec and im happy with my purchase but the only downside is that it has 1 stick of 8gb ram which should be upgraded but other than that its great!

nice, got a monitor tho from best buy. an aoc c270g2. it didn't work. brought it back and did an exchange. so not too bad i guess.

Solid system! Quick and easy set up, and looks great! The order was placed and I got the system with in 24 hours and it has been the easiest desktop buying experience I have ever had.

at first I got a pc that had a not working cpu but after i got a new newer one its nice but still recommend building one your self.

We just bought this 3 days ago for my son's birthday, and he's loving and so excited. The Pc looks so good especially at night because of the lights effect from the PC and the mouse..

Awesome first Gamer pc for a 42yr old man. lol I love the ease to be able to upgrade if I need and helps me to get to know Computers with out the hardship of starting from scratch

Got this for my grandson for Christmas. Must be a good one because there were only 2 left in a 250 mile radius of my house! He loves it and I guess we won't see him now until it breaks!

I got this for my son for christmas and he loves it. If you looking to purchase a PC not to expensive this is the way to go. I highly recommend CyberPowerPc especially for starters.

It works great so far. No problems. I haven’t used it for game’s yet but it should meet my requirements. I like the added keyboard and mouse. The lights are a cool touch.

I’m not a gamer but trying to play games. The pc itself is great and has great components. However, I experienced that the mouse clicking is not sensitive enough, often have to click twice on the same icon or some links. Also, the screen will go black for a quick seconds or so and every so often. I’m not sure if this is the pc or monitor issue? Until I know what these issues are, I’m not comfortable to owning one.

I just got this pc and unfortunately, it seems like the gpu is defective, also, it looks like it's not just me, everyone is getting this same error. I waited so long for this to be sent. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Maybe a gpu replacement. Do I have to go to the nearest Best Buy? What do I have to do?

I brought this 4 months ago and it is doing great to this day. It can run all of the games i need to play to a great frame rate and the design of it looks cool.
