The Ram is a little small, but upgrading is no problem. It feels so smooth in comparison to console, it’s insane haha. Definitely worth it for a first PC, not too bad.

My son loved his new pc... It has cool lighting and you can change the lighting .. if you don’t want the lighting you can turn it off ... all together love this product..

Alright experience so far. Had 2 issues out of the box. 1. Windows was not activated and I had to jump through some hoops to get it working just so I could change the desktop background. 2. Download speed is being throttled by some software/lack of software on this system that I can't find. On my older PC I get access to my full internet speed. This one takes 6 hours to download ESO.

I am a photographer and planned to buy this computer with the intention of upgrading over time. This was going to be a second computer to use while I was rendering videos. Unfortunately it was way to slow to even edit photos so I returned it. If you plan to buy this computer for photography, then I would suggest you spend a couple hundred more and get the faster processor, graphics card and more ram.

Bought for my 12 year old son and he loves it !! Good starter computer for someone wanting to upgrade at a later time

I had to find a lose cable but CyberPower already said I will want to check connections before turning on the system.

great PC, little difficulty with windows 10 setup and glass case provided some annoyance but worth the time!

The computer was great. The cable management was awesome and I just needed to plug it into an outlet and I was good to go. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Power supply died after one week of usage. Have it RMA, awaiting replacement.

Shipping was fast and easy, product arrived at my home within two days. Setup was simple and product runs well.

Great PC runs fine, good FPS and lots of games.. it's pretty fast it doesn't lag. Good beginner PC for gaming.

The PC works great with the current games available. The Ethernet connected real well with the graphics card. The PC process the graphics and speed with efficiency.

First off, spent a couple days dealing with fans which weren't spinning. Had to dig into the back's mess of wires to finally see the loose wiring. Okay, that was fixed. But then, there's the problem of constant restarts. Something I see others have complained about, if not entirely for this particular model then others as well. About 2-3 per day. Going insane trying to hunt down what's wrong. Checked everywhere and trying to contact these people gets me nowhere. Best Buy is the worst since they say I'd need to bring it in to be looked at without guaranteeing that I won't be charged. No One should have to go through this sort of nonsense. Really, no one! BTW, it's the second one for our household that's had some sort of insane problem. If I still can't find an answer in the next couple days then back to the store it'll go.

Best Buy did a great job with informing me about this gaming computer. It has a lot of bang for the buck. I have set it up and it is running WoW great.

great pc i ordered it on one night i recviced it the next morning unboxed it and started using it just need to add more ram and need elgato capture card

It's a good starter pc, but I think putting a little more money into a better build will be worth more in the end.

I love my new PC, I would recommend this to every single person I know. It looks really clean and came completely intact I would buy another one if I need too.
