Product is OK. I keep having a problem with the machine waking up from sleep.

Purchased this gaming pc for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! It is a very nice system,looks amazing,super quiet and fast.

This is my first Pc and I love it, everything it good on this Pc the only thing I will change is the Ram but after that this is a great Pc.

Unboxed my computer and instantly fell in Love. My wife has now left me because I sleep with the tower every night. I highly recommend

The computer video card did not send signal to terminal and CPU fan was not running when I first pulled it out of the box. After re-seating the RAM stick and re-plugging in the cpu fan back into the cpu fan pin on the motherboard the computer is now operating fine. My guess is that Ram stick might have been josseled during shipment.

Great PC! It's been almost a year and ive had no issues at all! I would rate them over 5 stars if i could!

The first one did not have a windows key, luckily the Torrance store had another one and that one was fine. Overall super great computer

Great, just needs more ram. Also the lights are great and overall it's a clean build.

I would give this zero stars if I could! My husband has another gaming desktop by CyberPower and his works totally fine and has for a year, but we purchased this one for me for my birthday and it arrived dented, and did not even connect to any monitor and eventually would not turn on. It was then shipped back and we were sent another one of the same P.C.. that one worked for a few hours and when I went to wake it up to play games again, it would not wake up and when restarted, would then not power on at all. I believe it was an issue with the power supply or motherboard in both desktops. Power supply just may not have high enough wattage to handle running the components or the products are not put together and checked thoroughly by QC.

great component's for the rice just wish it had a usb c port and more ssd storage

Been wanting to get into the PC gaming world and thought I would start by purchasing a prebuilt computer. This one caught my eye with it's semi-decent good specs and rather low price. I was excited and ready to game. This never happened. I did my research through the reviews and the questions and answers here on this page. Something this page does not explicitly tell you is what power supply is built within. You have to do some digging in the reviews and Q&A's to find what power supply they include. Turns out, CyberPowerPC uses any power supply they have on hand when they build your system, so the brand can vary, but tends to always be 600W 80+ Gold certified. Despite that sounding awesome, it's not. Just because it is 80+ Gold certified does not "certify" that it is a good power supply. Anyway, I went ahead and purchased this computer. When you open up the box, there's a foldable piece of paper that tells you what power supply and motherboard is in your system. My power supply was an Apevia. Never heard of this brand before; did some research and discovered it is an AWFUL product. I mistakenly shrugged this off and hooked up the computer. As soon as I turned it on, the power supply made a very, VERY loud grinding noise. It eventually stopped, but the noise would return every time you downloaded something or gaming. I loaded up VALORANT and simply sat at the main menu and this piece of junk power supply sounded like a paper shredder. I returned it the next day and ordered the exact same computer as a replacement. It arrives, I open the box, and you guessed it, this one ALSO came with an Apevia power supply. Again, I shrugged this off, thinking just maybe it would work. I booted it up, no noise. Awesome! This one works! Boy, I was wrong. I downloaded and launched a game called Phasmaphobia, which is not a graphic heavy game. Within minutes, the exact same grinding noise began. The graphics card crashed and the game closed. As I went to reopen the game, the power supply DIED. The computer would no longer turn on. I tried switching outlets, power cords, nothing. It was dead. Returning this one as well and will not be buying another one. I warn you, as I see no other reviews bring up the paper you get that tells you what power supply is in the system, if your system as an Apevia power supply, put it right back in the box and return it. It will not last you and is an awful product. Sure, you can buy another power supply and replace it, but you're purchasing a product you expect to work. Both mine didn't. So again, if it is Apevia, send it back.

Looks really nice got it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. Keyboard and mouse is a bonus and got it on sale even better.

Awesome Pc for the price! Just wish it had 16gb of Ram but overall, a great build!
