Opened this computer on christmas. 10 days later it was broken. Not sure what happened, it just wouldnt turn on at all, as if it was not plugged in. I tried multiple outlets, different power cords, checked all the switches and nothing. After some online digging i found out Cyberpowerpc uses cheap power supply units that often fry the computer if not immediately replaced. Luckily it was within the return window so i returned it and bought a different computer. Bought a different brand this time, we will see how it goes.

Was awesome until it just powered off for no reason ~ lights stayed on but the computer shut down and wouldn’t display anything until you restarted it! I tried their suggestion of turning off fast windows startup ~ which I think was just a shot in the dark suggestion. I called cyberpower - they had me reinstall the ram… which didn’t work ~ then they had me reset it. That worked ~ for that day anyways. The next day had me making an appointment to get it repaired by BB… Sent in for repair ~ which I thought BB - geek squad ~ did at the store! NOPE ~ apparently only if you’re paying the bill do they actually work on YOUR STUFF at your local store. CRAZY ISN’T IT??? Then when I got the email about contacting geek squad before they can finish the repair ~ I was told they were replacing it and I would just go in to my local BB and get a replacement ~ I found out that they don’t even answer the phones at the store ~ when I tried calling to see if they had my replacement pc! YOU APPARENTLY NEED AN APPOINTMENT & CANNOT JUST GO PICK IT UP… I made an appointment! GRRRRR… I’m hoping they’ll return the ram I bought with it and put in it ~~~ or at least give me a refund for it… I’m told it’s basically like a return of the money in store credit ~ which I can get the same, upgrade or get something else… Looking to try Ibuypower system ~ in hopes it’s better quality! FINGERS CROSSED THEY ACTUALLY DO CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY SHIP OUT!

I really like this computer, when it is working. Purchased this a couple weeks ago and the video card was bad. Couldn't fix, so had to return and wait for another one to arrive. It was delivered on Saturday and has worked wonderfully until today (Wednesday) when it randomly shut down on me and won't start back up. I think it's the power supply. I have an appt tomorrow to have it looked at, but I will not purchase this brand of PC again. If this cannot be fixed, I'm looking into a different PC.
