IT DOESNT WORK

Took it back to Best Buy they plugged it in hit the power button and immediately said “Yea just return it” so I did ordered a different PC very upset with the service even the company themselves would not help me resolve the issue after I already re worked everything with the computer the nights before very frustrating

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this pc for my son for Christmas, was working good for about 2 weeks then power supply blew. took it back to see if I could get it fixed but had to return it for another one, waited about a week for the replacement one finally installed it but this time the monitor would not turn on also mouse and keyboard would not work, very frustrating so basically had to return it. yeah so I wouldn't recommend this product unless your lucky and get a good working one.

Good price but...

I purchased it having the idea to upgrade some specs, when I started the computer the run fans didn’t work the control module (button also didn’t work) I kept installing the pc and it crashed like 2 times consecutively when it finally loaded the windows product key it came with was invalid and tried to configure it and talked to windows customer service and didn’t get the issue resolved. I decided to return it back.
