    I had bought this as a replacement because my first PC's power supply was defective, but as soon as I got this one, the graphics card was defective and there is just too many problems trying to get the PC to work. The point of a pre-built PC is to not do any work other than plug it in, but with these, you gotta spend extra money fixing them and probably getting replacement parts. That's 2 CYBERPOWER PC's that were defective out of the box for me.

    My son loved it! However, after having it for 2 weeks, it wouldn’t turn on. We had to bring the product back and they were out of stock so weren’t able to get a new one to fully enjoy

    Got this as a Christmas present for my son. It’s great except just started to have issues where it will shut down for no reason. Not sure what to do we may need to have it looked at.

    I bought this pc it came very fast, and it worked great for the first day then I was in the middle of a game and it just died and wouldn’t turn on. Power supply died, I have noticed most of the bad reviews on here sound like power supply problems. Contacted cyber power and it was gonna take 3 weeks to get a new power supply. Took it back to Best Buy and they are sending me another one. Maybe this one will work better.

    Very Disappointed

    My package was in very bad shape it was obvious that it was thrown around and crushed, but this isn't BestBuys fault this was the work of UPS. Luckily there's some decent protection inside the box. I got my computer a few days ago and it's been a terrible experience. I need to jump though hoops to get it booted and when it does boot the display is flickering and then a "driver timeout" error happens and the computer goes back to not booting for a few hours. I've been attempting to get in contact with support but every time I call I wait for a long time and then they hang up. I do want this computer so hopefully I hear back from them soon or I will be returning this computer since BestBuy only gives you 2 weeks to return. I have already tried plenty of troubleshooting but nothing seems to help. I can only imagine someone that doesn't know anything about computers buying this expecting to just plug it in and go.

    System worked great for the first year then the GPU started failing. 1 year is way too early for a decent GPU to fail.

    Don’t recommend getting this prebuilt, literally only lasted me a week and a half and boom... power supply died. Was sorta forced to get a prebuilt, but now I’ll be able to build my own because certain parts are back in stock. I’d really consider making your own pc, the same budget and you’ll get yourself a good pc. But good luck trying to find any parts currently.

    My son likes the look of the computer but he can’t use it because it’s the electronic out of the 15 in our house that can’t find a wi-fi signal. It seems the antennas they sent may be malfunctioning. I called the manufacturer’s customer service number and they said they would send some new antennas but that was 3 weeks ago and still no attendance so I’m frustrated. The product may be a good buy but so far I can’t leave a good review.

    It worked right out of the box as intended and was great for about 5 days. At that point, the PSU failed and I went through the RMA process with CyberPower. Getting the RMA was a relatively painless process. However, since then, there has been no communication from their RMA department with regards to the receipt of the failed PSU or timeline for a replacement. TL;DR No plans to purchase a pre-built machine from CyberPower ever again.

    Bought this as a gift for my daughter, and less than 2 weeks after hooking it up, and under rather light use, the power supply has failed. CPPC support takes forever to get through to, and only offered an RMA if I pay return shipping. Luckily BB has a good return policy and I'm still within the holiday return period because I'll be returning this.

    Power supply failed within 6 weeks of first power up. Just glad -handling from the manufacturer, no real support. Bummer too, if they would just send a replacement like they promised, all could be OK. Too bad. Thought it was a good purchase. Rethinking.

    The machine arrived, I hooked it up and it started working fine. I was able to download a few things and then it began to shut off on its own. My guess is a faulty power supply or something wrong with the graphics card. I'm not impressed and I don't think this is a best buy problem but a manufacture problem.

    This has 1 star because I could not give it zero. After 12 hours of operation, this tower started rebooting on it's own. Full reboot, not just exiting out of a program. And it wouldn't stop unless it was fully shut off. Tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked, leading to the conclusion of yet another hardware failure in a CyberPower product. That was the second tower of the same product type because the first one wouldn't even turn on. CyberPower uses the cheapest possible goods and it shows in their final product. The disappointment when the product doesn't work far outweighs the supposed monetary value when attempting to purchase a gaming PC on a tight budget.

    The pc will not show a display on the monitor so not sure how well this pc will work out! Returned it immediately and waiting on a new one! Shouldn't have to go through this with a brand new pc right out the box! And looks like I'm not the only one with this same problem! This needs to be fixed fast or ALOT of customers will be mad and returning purchases!!!!!
