I didn't think it was serious so I just signed back in. Later I endured so many crashes in a day and had this computer for less than a week until I decided to return it. It was horrible for school but did not crash on games. Im not a tech genius but it was bad.

DO NOT PURCHASE

Out of the box the GPU spikes to 100% constantly. Machine hard crashes and you have to unplug the power adapter to get it going again BUT with the hard crash you are continually creating disk issues that will fragment the drive and generate more problems, What does tech support say.... 1. delete and reinstall drivers (done) 2. rebuild the OS (the heck you say its BRAND NEW) 3. Return the graphics card under an RMA and get a new one... NOPE, NOPE, NOPE let me repeat ITS BRAND NEW and this is a known problem with the GPU spiking and AMD does nothing to fix it .. do NOT waste your time (it can be returned and go for an Intel device with an NVIDIA card) but you will waste your time on this boat anchor and their Tech Support is usless.

Overall I am disappointed

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Last year I finally decided to make the huge purchase of buying a PC to play simple games like Minecraft and The Sims. The first one I received I had it maybe a day or less and had to return it due to it just shutting down in the middle of me playing a game and not turning back on. Well, I figured I maybe just got a defective one and went ahead and exchanged it for another. Today and a few other times the computer makes this horrible loud sound and I have no clue why. I haven't done anything to it except use it. It for some reason hates me playing The Sims. I turned it on and a minute later it started making the horrible sound. It's just very disappointing to have spent $893 on something that's messing up for no reason, and what a year after I bought it? No idea what's up but this sucks. Be aware.

Ehhh not a fan at all

Every time I loaded into a game I would lag. Every time I used it in general I lagged. I was even hard wired the whole time. I was just not a fan at all.

Opened and setup on Christmas Day, dead by New Year’s Day. PSU fried after the first week. Besides that it was fast even with 8 gigs of memory. Great price but you get what you pay for. Returned as defective.

Do not buy cyberpower PC's

On top of the shabby build quality, it had a ton of weird problems. My monitors would randomly disconnect and would not reconnect until the computer was turned off and turned back on again. Then this started happening every time I stood up, and it would uninstall the GPU every time as well. I did a factory reset and the uninstallation issue went away, but the monitors disconnecting did not stop. It got so bad that I just had to return it. This is also the second cyberpower computer I have had and I had to return the first one as well because it also had problems. I bought an HP Omen and it has been amazing. Do not but Cyberpower.

Sadly do not get

I had only used it for two days and there was something wrong with the power supply . Serious lag

I can't even have had Google Chrome open if I want to play a multi-player game. I have to restart the computer and open NOTHING ELSE. so frustrating!!

Bad experience

Horrible Experience

Opened 3 weeks ago & getting consistent blue screen errors. Nothing connected other then the mouse & keyboard it came with. I purchased on Black Friday as a gift for my daughter & barely opened it January 10th. My return date expired on January 16th so Best Buy refuses to exchange. Best buy wants me to pay geek squad $199 to try & fix. They say to contact the manufacturer if i dont want to pay geek squad. Cyberpower has been an eternity to get ahold of. This is such a horrible experience when so much money is on the line.

Trouble from day one

We had difficulties getting the computer to recognize the monitor but were able to figure it out after some research. The monitor has to be connected to the graphics card before you turn on the computer. After three weeks of the purchase, the computer all of a sudden would not connect to the monitor. We connected the monitor to a different computer and had no problems. We called Cyberpower and tech support and after an hour of waiting, they sent us a YouTube video on how to troubleshoot the problem. Still didn’t work. Apparently the graphics card is faulty and needs to be replaced. Now I am sitting here waiting to get connected to someone at cyberpower to find out how to send back the part. The automated system said 2 min, but I’ve been waking for over an hour already...

Not worth it

One month on had hard drive failure and lost some data. Had to go through the company to get a new hard drive and install it. Then gpu was causing flickering on monitors. I just ended up selling it. Wasn’t worth having it anymore.

Do Not Buy! Especially at Best Buy

I wish I bought it from Amazon. Best Buy only gives you 15 days for returns. I ordered the computer 22 days ago so I would have it on time for my son’s birthday. As a result I can no longer return directly to Best But. We opened it up today and tried to start it won’t connect to the monitor. I wish I checked their support pages before I purchased it because it appears to be a common problem which I did not identify reading Best Buy reviews. I’ve called Cyberpower’s tech support and they provide links with instructions for reseating the ram and checking the graphics card connections which did not work. If you buy this- don’t do it through Best Buy!
