    I have only had the computer for a couple days, so I will come back and amend if needed. Very solid computer for the price. It is set up well and is a quick plug and play setup. I am using this setup to run 3D printing software, Fusion 360, and Adobe Illustrator simultaneously and so far it is not even breaking a sweat. Highest spikes I have had while running all of that together has been about 20% CPU, 60%RAM, and 30% on GPU. Haven't actually run any gaming yet since the primary need is for the maker space. All in all, very pleased with the bang or the buck so far and it's a pretty sharp looking piece of hardware to boot.

    I would not recommend this pc. We bought this for my son for his first gaming computer and he had this for less than 3 weeks and stopped working. Took it back to the place we bought they said it would cost over $100 to diagnose it then whatever $$ to fix it. Spoke to manager they ended returning it and replacing it with a new one. Had that one 3 weeks again computer crap. Waste of money

    Absolute piece of junk. Did not even work right out of the box. My sin has been waiting for his gaming pc, brought it home he was so excited just for his heart to be broken. Couldn’t get it to work out of box. Save you money on this and go straight for the Omen or Alienware. That’s what we ended up doing,

    Stopped working 2 weeks after I gave this to my salon for his birthday. Now it’s non returnable! I won’t purchases anything else from Best Buy! This issue the worst product I’ve ever purchased. While playing a game it just shut off and never turned back on. Do could give it no stars I would!!!!

    Windows software not accessible.

    If I could give no stars I would, computer was late arriving. The windows software is not accessible due to the system not recognizing the embedded windows product key. Called manufacturer n told they would email me the windows product key that day. One week later no email and no product key.

    This PC has a continuous Blue Screen problem. Even with all the stuff I've added (which is compatible according to the manual it comes with), it still finds multiple random ways to crash when you least expect it. Coincidentally after the return-by date. Do yourself a favor and buy from a PC place that knows they're selling you a complete and working product.

    Defective graphics cards

    Bought two for each of my kids and neither would startup fully. After contacting CyberPowerPC support, it was determined that they both had defective graphics cards. Had to go through the hassle of returning and choosing another pc.

    Haven’t been able to use it since we got it the video is not sending a single to the monitor. Have called cyberpower was left on hold for a hour and gave up Tried calling back a few days later to get a message that they are to busy I’ll have to call later. I am taking this to geek squad tomorrow. If I could give this thing less than 1 star I would. IM NOT IMPRESSED.

    2nd computer that didn’t work!! Ridiculous. These were bought as a birthday gift for a 13 year old. 1st one out of the box didn’t work, so back to Beat Buy. No more in store so ordered this one online to be shipped to us. Waited for almost 2 weeks, got it, plugged it in, NOTHING!! Don’t understand why Beat Buy is selling this kind of stuff!!

    Software/error

    The first hour of it running seemed fine. But later on the day my screen kept going black on me and restarting. It kept on restarting to a point it put me in windows safe mode. I check my cables and everything was fine. Then I got checkers screens. I had to finish this on my phone because the pc kept restarting on me while typing this.

    Purchase at your own risk. Got it shipped and when I started it up would not boot with hdmi. Connected display port then it worked but it looked glitchy and did not even boot. Took it to best buy they said it was vest to just return and exchange and they don't have any in stock so waste of time buying this pc.

    It came broken. Return was easy. USB ports weren’t connecting it shut down repeatedly. I really loved everything that came with it but didn’t get to see the benefits. Made me nervous to purchase again so went with another brand. I was disappointed.

    The first day we set it up it worked for 2 hours and the whole thing stopped working (crashed) ! Horrible , we had the geek squad come out n also had them look at it in the store and said it was fried ! Went to exchange it and they were out of stock and so my son got a refund but was soooo disheartened

    Not Worth The Money!

    This is the second CyberPower PC that I will be returning to Best Buy. First one had an issue with Windows that wouldn’t activate so system literally crashed and would reboot every 5 minutes. Second one worked fine for about 2 weeks, then system crashed and now PC doesn’t start. Don’t waste your money on this brand!
