    Graphics Card died 14 months after purchase date. Desktop was only used for office work. No gaming or video watching use. Conveniently just outside of the warranty window. Equivalent card costs nearly as much as entire system originally costs.

    We've had this for 6 months and will not turn on now. Was hooked up to surge protector. Best Buy could care less and manufacturer will not return emails or calls. Totally left with an $800 PC that doesn't work with no recourse. DO NOT BUY. Had to give it one start, or it would have zero.

    Pretty much the worst computer I've ever bought. Had it two days before it started randomly restarting, even when I wasn't actively using it. It regularly disconnected from the internet in the middle of any online games I tried to play and basically made itself completely useless. I took it back.

    Very poor Quality

    After one month of use, Graphics card kept on crashing even after updating drivers and SW, changing settings and reverting to old drivers. Graphics card crashes every 1 hour. Now the motherboard is toast. its wont even boot and provide power to USB ports. Avoid like the plague!!!

    Out of the box the pc would not connect to monitor - no signal. I’ve seen a few reviews about this but decided to take a chance. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this pc or from this brand. I know it’s hard to get a any graphics card right now, but I’d rather wait than purchase this again.

    Garbage. Replacing a year old ryzen 7 edition that was unrepairable per geeksquad. This one came out the box with the face plate off and the fans are humming and rubbing super loud. What a bunch of junk for a extremely high price

    Don’t order online came in with problems my pc wouldn’t connect to monitors or anything via hdmi or display port kept getting no signal then finally worked and graphics card is internally damaged and screen has zig zag lines and all over disappointed in this item also waited 2 weeks for it to come in

    I don't recommend this computer or buying from Best Buy. The video keeps crashing. Cannot get the Radeon RX 580 to run games. Downloaded all the latest drivers and still crashes. Have tried to call Best Buy multiple times and get put on endless holds. I will be returning this computer tomorrow.

    If I could give zero stars I would. After a week the computer would not turn on. I brought it to Best Buy and was informed by the geek squad that it’s common for these PC’s to randomly stop working. They could not fix it, and ended up issuing a credit. But still...... So disappointing

    I had to return this item 3 days later bc the motherboard blew. Very disappointed. Had to go and get refund and purchase a better brand. This was my son's Christmas gift and both of us was very upset. Only to return it and the sales person said "We always get this brand returned."

    Horrible pc

    I bought this pc for gaming. I got it home booted it up. Ran the updates. Downloaded steam. Then bsod after bsod. Cyberpower has the worst support ever. Thank god I bought it at Best Buy. Easily returned. Best Buy’s customer service was exceptional. They should not sell these pc’s.

    Very bad pc, the wifi issue on it is terrible (before you say anything, every other device has 200mb+ and this pc has 10-20), gives blue screen the moment i bought it, irql less or equal. Been trying to fix it for 3 weeks but returned instead. Overall very bad experience.

    First one would power on the power off went to exchange it and got a new one now this one won’t display anything on the monitor called the company and they said it was due to a faulty ram ... honestly not even worth the trouble I should’ve just built my own.

    after 4 month the drives started to fail and crash my computer every hour or so. cyberpower didnt accept a swap out or to fix it under warranty either. trash company and trash pc. not worth imo.

    All around a fantastic computer! It has amazing speeds, graphics, as well as a lovely design, with room in the tower for future upgrades! It handles internet browsing like a dream, not a single slow loading page yet! It does great with my drawing tablet and art program, and it handles any game I've tried to play on it! It's also cost effective, especially when compared to other gaming pcs out there!

    I ordered three pieces of this product and every time there are problems with the accompanying parts, I return the request to the best buy company, and a new order is made until I demanded to return the money and cancel the order. It was a very bad product.
